high ms on game

i have a problem every game i play that isn't diablo 3 i have very low latency but the second i started playing the new season my ms is 2000 only on diablo 3 and its making me crazy i cant find what is the source for this !@#$ and another thing before i was playing diablo on 90 ms maybe 110 max

I don't see any packet loss or high latency in your log. I suggest you to run the reverse direction test (WinMTR). The procedure is in the first link provided by hal8999 above.
