Another black screen on launch

Technical Support
I haven't played D3 in a while, but bought RoS recently and wanted to give it a try, so I reinstalled the game, with patch but the game gives a black screen on launch. I do see a cursor.

I recently had a similar experience with HotS, which got solved by adding -dx9 in the command line. This didn't work.

I tried several of the other suggested solutions (updating drivers, windowed mode, v-sync on, frame rate to 60, all at once, combinations, with and without the -dx9 line, nothing works.

Hey HEMA,

Since DX9 worked for HotS see if putting Diablo III in to 32-bit mode helps. 32- bit mode will also set Diablo III to use DX9.

If the black screens still happen, post a DxDiag and Diablo III Error Logs. Paste the DXdiag and Diablo III Error Logs into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "code" button (</>). That'll make the information much more readable.
The 32-bit mode seems to have done it. Thank you!
