What Items or Sets would you like to see Buffed?

When the next patch and season arrives, we all would like to see new content or fixes or balancing. But what about old set items, or Legendaries? Would you like to see blackthorne's set buffed? or The Horadric Hamburger get a special stat?

many sets that are not equally balanced for the highest grifts
-it's clear that only the most complex builds/sets get to the top
Buff for LoN rings specific for equipping Primals. A small amount of extra damage mitigation or boost at least needed for wearing Primals with LoN. Blackthorne pieces either need a rehaul of whole bonuses (thorns barbarian?) else 1-2k stat boost at last bonus tier or legendary abilities each like Krelm's.

I also would like to new abilities to the Lidless Wall, Tyrael's Might and Mempo of Twilight.
Lidless Wall may fast forward charge cooldowns on block for saving us waiting several seconds. Tyrael's Might offers resource cost reduction (for something other than fire based builds), a specific class skill bonus and longer Nephalem Glory duration as a legendary power. Mempo of Twilight may be redeemed with extra elite damage, and perhaps 75% less damage taken when cursed or under a control impairment effect as legendary power.
As for a small tweak, I'd like to see -5% less critical hit chance on Band of Hollow Whispers so it pairs up well with Broken Promises.
I'd love them to finally remove Rend from the Wastes set and add something useful instead, or make Rend actually scalable, because right now the 2-piece is useless and the 4-piece is only useful for the mitigation.
I'd appreciate it if they'd just give the vyr set a cooldown reduction effect.
I'd like to see every set have the massive damage increase and reduction removed, keep utility bonuses as (2) (3) or (4) piece bonuses or maybe in some cases moved to a legendary item.

Nats will be
(2) Set:
Reduce the cooldown of Rain of Vengeance by 4 seconds when you hit with a Hatred-generating attack or Hatred-spending attack.
(4) Set:
Rain of Vengeance deals 100% increased damage.

Tals will be (3) Set:
Damaging enemies with Arcane, Cold, Fire or Lightning will cause a Meteor of the same damage type to fall from the sky. There is an 8 second cooldown for each damage type.

IK will be (2) Set:
Call of the Ancients last until they die.
(4) Set:
Reduce the cooldown of Wrath of the Berserker and Call of the Ancients by 3 seconds for every 10 Fury you spend with an attack.

JAdes will be
(2) Set:
Soul Harvest gains the effect of every rune and has its cooldown reduced by 1 second every time you cast Haunt or Locust Swarm.
(4) Set:
Soul Harvest consumes your damage over time effects on enemies, instantly dealing 165 seconds worth of remaining damage.

with (old 2) Set:
When Haunt lands on an enemy already affected by Haunt, it instantly deals 56 seconds worth of Haunt damage.
being moved to a new (3) piece set bonus or else a legendary affix.

Sunwukos can be removed completely.

Vyrs can be (2) Set:
Archon gains the effect of every rune.

Invoker can be removed as well as thorns in general.

Shadow set can be
(2) Set:
Shadow Power gains the effect of every rune and lasts forever.
(4) Set:
Impale deals an additional 500% weapon damage to the first enemy hit.

Or move impale bonus to a legendary dagger and make shadow power runes a (3) piece bonus.

Might of earth set
(2) Set:
Reduce the cooldown of Earthquake, Avalanche, Leap, and Ground Stomp by 1 second for every 30 Fury you spend with an attack.
(4) Set:
Leap causes an Earthquake when you land. Additionally, Leap gains the effect of the Iron Impact rune and the rune's effect and duration are increased by 150%

Raekor's can be removed with four piece bonus moved to a legendary

Wastes set can be removed with its 2 piece bonus split between two legendary items.

Seeker of light
(3) Set:
Every use of Blessed Hammer that hits an enemy reduces the cooldown of Falling Sword and Provoke by 1 second.

Rolands
(2) Set:
Every use of Shield Bash and Sweep Attack reduces the cooldowns of your Laws and Defensive Skills by 1 second.

(4) Set:
Every use of Shield Bash or Sweep Attack that hits an enemy grants 15% increased Attack Speed for 8 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times.

Akkhans
(2) Set:
Reduce the cost of all abilities by 50% while Akarat's Champion is active.
(4) Set:
Reduce the cooldown of Akarat's Champion by 50%.
OR put on two legendary items.

UE
(2) Set:
Your generators generate 2 additional Hatred and 1 Discipline.

(4) Set:
Your generators, Multishot, and Vengeance deal 10% increased damage for every point of Discipline you have.

Maradaurs

(2) Set:
Sentries cast Elemental Arrow, Chakram, Impale, Multishot, and Cluster Arrow when you do.
4) Set:
Your primary skills, Elemental Arrow, Chakram, Impale, Multishot, Cluster Arrow, Companions, and Vengeance deal 30% increased damage for every active Sentry

Companions bonus moved to legendary

Thousand storms can be removed with two piece bonus split into two legendary items and the four piece on another legendary.

Ulianas
2) Set:
Every third hit of your Spirit Generators applies Exploding Palm.

(4) Set:
Seven-Sided Strike detonates your Exploding Palm.

Legendary created for SSS bonus and another for EP bonus

Firebirds
(2) Set:
When you die, a meteor falls from the sky and revives you. This effect has a 60 second cooldown.

magnum opus

(2) Set:
Casting Arcane Orb, Energy Twister, Explosive Blast, Magic Missile, Shock Pulse, Spectral Blade, or Wave of Force reduces the cooldown of Slow Time by 3 seconds.

(4) Set:
Enemies affected by your Slow Time and for 5 seconds after exiting take 100% increased damage from your Arcane Orb, Energy Twister, Explosive Blast, Magic Missile, Shock Pulse, Spectral Blade, and Wave of Force abilities.

ARachyr

(2) Summon a permanent Spider Queen who leaves behind webs that deal 200% weapon damage over 5 seconds and Slows enemies. The Spider Queen is commanded to move to where you cast your Corpse Spiders.

(4) Set:
The damage of your creature skills is increased by 45%. Creature skills are Corpse Spiders, Plague of Toads, Firebats, Locust Swarm, Hex, and Piranhas.

Helltooth

(3) Set:
After casting Wall of Death, gain 40% increased damage for 15 seconds to your primary skills, Acid Cloud, Firebats, Zombie Charger, Zombie Dogs, Gargantuan, Grasp of the Dead, Piranhas, and Wall of Death.

Make a legendary for the nercosis proc with reduction to damage bonus/

Make more legendary items in the slots that currently are occupied by six piece sets. These slots ahve suffered neglect for far too long.
I want to see the Diablo franchise buffed...

They all need some serious nerfing.
I'd like removing all sets and focus on balancing legendary items. That would be first step in cleaning current mess in game. Tons of interesting builds would appear and my char would start to feel unique. Also would be a lot easier to balance as currently it's almost impossible as sets and legendaries interact with each other
If you can't do "The Thrill" with a legendary ...it needs a buff.

Pretty simple.

You see items with up to 800% extra damage, or some sort of effect that essentially does the same thing; that always feels amazing when you equip it.

And you still see an overwhelming majority of legendaries that are essentially worthless, and/or you would only wear them because there's nothing else for you to put in that slot ( like necro offhands ).

Blizzard said at the start of Reaper of Souls that they would be giving every legendary a unique affix ..and they failed miserably. It's bad enough that the legendaries they have worked on still have disproportionate damage numbers; like 60% increased damage from years ago and haven't been updated.

There's also a ton of legendaries that still have their damage as a prefix ..instead of being baked into the legendary affix. The amount of times I wish barb's EQ weapon could be used in the cube is numerous. Or being able to actually play zombie charger on a WD with their sad and broken 1hander.

Blizzard deflected criticism last year on the PTR saying they couldn't get to all of the needed items this time around because of time constraints, but they would get to them on the next patch. A year later ...still no patch.

It ain't hard to have 1 intern edit some text files to bump up damage a bit or to move damage from a prefix to a legendary affix. It's not like we would be asking for a metric ton of money and manpower to patch in the rest of the fixes that this game deserves.

Pretty much most of the 2 piece bonuses are nonsense.

They're either extraordinarily amazing / broken compared to not having a set going at all ...or they're entirely worthless once you get the 4 / 6 piece of the set going.

Shadow 2 piece? Amazing. But once you get the 6 piece its completely worthless.

Wastes 2 piece? Amazing, But once you even get any barb legendary it's worthless.

Akkhan 2 piece? Pretty much worthless all the way through. Can't even properly use it until you have the 6 piece and all of your gear set up to a bare minimum.

Firebirds 2 piece? A complete joke, even for hardcore.

Rathma 2 piece? Has anyone even gotten it to work?

It's one thing for the 2 and 4 piece to be stopgaps to help the player as they gather and complete the remaining pieces of their set ...but it's another when they're either completely junk ..or become completely junk by completing the set.

They should always be useful, and they should always be integral to the set theme. Just like the 4 and 6 bonuses.
"ASHEARA'S VESTMENT SET" (upgraded version)

(2) SET ---
*All (4) Followers will follow you wherever you go. Even in Multiplayer Game. They will fight with you until you die, or until they die. (If they die, you need to go to back to Town to resurrect them).

(4) SET ---
You gain one Shrine Effect for each Aura that you have on. Asheara occasionally show up to Heals or Resurrect your fallen Followers.

(5) SET ---
(note : There is no 5th Piece Set. You need to equip Ring of Royal Grandeur to complete the Set)
*Every Ancient Items you have equipped on your Followers (all 4 Followers), increases your damage dealt by 50%. (max = 1200%)
And every Gems and every Jewels (also Legendary Jewels) that you have equipped on your (4) Followers, reduces your damage taken by 2.5%. (max = 60%)
And every Primal Items you have equipped on your (4) Followers, increases your Maximum Life & Maximum Resources by 1.5% (max = 36%) and increases your Resource Gain by 3% (max = 72%) and increases your Gold & Globe Pickup Radius by 1 (max = 24)
(Your Followers doesn't need to be with you or standing or alive, just for you to gain these buff)

1st Shrine - Enlightened (25% increased experience)
2nd Shrine - Fortune (gain 25% increased magic and gold find rate)
3rd Shrine - Frenzied (attack speed increased by 25%)
4th Shrine - Blessed (reduce all incoming damage by 25%)
5th Shrine - Fleeting (gain 25% increased movement speed and increase your pickup radius by 20 yards)
6th Shrine - Empowered (100% increased resource gain and 50% reduced cool down time)
7th Shrine (Pylon) - Speed Pylon (greatly increased movement speed and attack speed. Can pass through enemies, damaging and knocking them up into the air. Can burst through walls summoned by Waller elites)

Those Auras are :
Of course most of an Auras cast from your Followers' New Special Items, along with Barbarian's War Cry, Ignore Pain - Mob Rule, Sprint - Forced March , Inspiring Presence (Barbarian's Passive Skill), Monk's Mantras, Crusader's Laws, Crusader's Consecration, Demon Hunter's Companion - Wolf Companion Active, Companion - Boar Companion Passive , Witch Doctor's Big Bad Voodoo, Wizard's Slow Time - Stretch Time, Monk's Inner Sanctuary, etc. And ddNecromancer's Frailty - Aura of Frailty, Devour - Devouring Aura. Bane of Trapped (Legendary Gem) Rank 25 Unlock. Oculus Ring (Legendary Ring) - Area of Focused Power. Death's Bargain (Legendary Pants) - Aura of Death. Chilanik's Chain (Legendary Mighty Belt) - War Cry movement speed

I want legendary gems that deal damage to scale with the highest damage multiplier applicable to any equipped skill -- not just the generic multipliers that only a few sets even have, rendering the only scaling component for these gems completely moot for everyone else.

I could agree with that but any other skill I have tried to replace Rend feels clunky in some way. With Rend on the bar it seems to go with the smooth flow of the build better and not interfere with the fluid motion of the WW build at all. :)
