Inna 6 / Raiment 2 generator monk - if it doesn't get nerfed

Inna's Mantra - increase x6.4 (+12 GRs)

1 + (1 x 150%) = 2.5
1 + (1 x 1500%) = 16

Raiment of a 1000 Storms - increase x2.5 (2 set) / x4.36 (6 set) (+6 GRs)

1 + (1 x 100%) = 2
1 + (1 x 400%) = 5

1 + (1 x 1300%) = 14
1 + (1 x 6000%) = 61

Inna 6 / Raiment 2 - increase x16 (+17 GRs)

6.4 increase x 2.5 increase = x16 increase

Impossible to say, given that nothing is set in stone yet anyway, and we are one month from S16 start anyway.

WD needs to be doubled again. Unless they actually want to fix it and complete their builds they started. If they get Zombie bears back and Acid rain and fix the Grasp of the Dead build and buff the sacrifice build, then it won'r be dumb as a brick gargs. OMG the thought of not using Gargs!!! Oh I suppose we can stand and channel, or we can run around casting stuff that does nothing until we set everything up.

WD is Stand Still, or slowly set everything up, or sit and watch a dumb Garg. Can we at least have one build where we run around and attack in a WoL kind of way? After all, they have done 99.99% of the work already. Lord fluffy said it and I totally agree.
The patch is not final. We have yet to know.
Whichever one that doesn't get nerfed by the time of the actual patch launch or further on during season 16 launch via hotfix.
Right now iirc it’s Nats on ptr at 129. Followed by pretty much every other class at 123-126.

Pretty damn close. Fine by me.
The Uninstall Wizard is the best.

Its hard to say at this stage.
Top solo is anticipated at +/- 135 if nothing changes.
No one is that dumb to push those tiers and get the nerf hammer.
Wait till next patch to see which one is top solo.

That would require work, and given these little tweaks has taken years - it would take another whole year or 3....

Current Inna bonus is 1500% with 10 allies which is 16x damage.
PTR Inna bonus is 15,000% with 10 allies which is 151x damage.

That is a 9.4375x increase not 6.4x.

Inna 6 Raiment 2 is 23.5x damage in the PTR.
