Error 300016

Every time I try to upgrade to full game, I am met with the same error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, including battle.net app, and even tried creating different accounts to test the error.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? It seems to me that there is no fix, and I'm afraid to purchase the game and be met with the same error when trying to access.

Buy the game from the Blizzard shop... not within the game.

Click on SHOP at the top of the screen.

The workaround is to buy the game directly from the Shop.... https://us.shop.battle.net if you live in North Americas...

@CornyPlayer... I know you play on Europe, but where do you live ? the currency from the shop will vary depending on what site you use. If you want Euros (pounds ?), then use the Europe site : https://eu.shop.battle.net . You can change the language if you scroll to the bottom of that site.
