What version of the game are you on? Should be able to check on the Blizzard app next to the Play button. Have you tried any troubleshooting yet and if so what steps have been taken?

If there's issues connecting, I'd recommend posting traceroute results.

One thing I would try in the meantime is testing with a different DNS setup. For that we can use Google DNS.
