RapidFire was thrown under the bus hard

General Discussion
Its seems like a mystery to me how things unfolded with this one. Chain of events as follows:

* PTR planned to run 1 week just to let people enjoy whatever's next

* PTR was extended beyond a week without many explanations, but then, a patch drops

* Patch adds a new build option for Demon Hunters, but server is down for a day, and not much test time is left, yet a bunch of major and easy to implement improvements are flooding PTR feedback forum

* None of the feedback was really addressed since the moment the patch came up and RapidFire will go live as something that had potential but wasn't fixed, and users will have to wait for about 3-4 more months to spam the same change requests.

I don't get this cycle. Why have serious changes to a PTR patch only days before you close it down, only to not fix gameplay fluidity, issues and others things that come up as a result of said changes. Since you won't patch gameplay elements until next season, this feels really bad.

It seems like PTR is losing its intention and becoming nothing but a celebration of a new season with high drop rates and nothing more.

And nothing is done. Yes.

It seems like PTR is losing its intention..

PTR stands for Patch Testing Redundant. They are really just making sure the hamsters don't explode. Makes a real mess.
