NA region - Code 3006

This error appears all day when enter the game. Everything is locked in menu and only the character in the middle. This happened only on NA region, Asia and EU they are fine. Anyone has the same issue or unable to enter?

Yes, I am in the America region and having this issue as well since I downloaded the new patch for season 17.

I have googled for solutions, read forums as well, but none of them worked. Even changing region to Europe/Asia then back to America didn't work.

I have been playing every season and right now I am at the point of giving up everytime I logged in just to see that error message. Please, someone who has experienced this and managed to solve, please let me know. I really do not want to give up playing this game.
