Constant Disconnections (Arris, Spectrum, Suddenlink)

I've tried all the solutions that Blizzard has asked.

1) Never disconnected from Diablo 3 before like I am now. I don't have any lag whatsoever and my game just stops and says blah blah blah error 1016 (I know this is a general error)
2) Diablo 3 is the only thing I have an issue with. I've tried other games as well, and none of them give me problems
3) These disconnects started with season 17!!!!
4) Wireless connection (I can't go wired)

Here is the WinMTR

Attempted solutions I have made (No impact at all):

1) Restarted cpu
2) Power cycled router
3) Checked for current updates to all drivers and cards
4) Deleted cache, cookies, history and ran CCleaner for registry cleanup as well
5) Flushed DNS
6) Ran Diablo 3 as administrator
7) Ran Diablo 3 in 32 bit client
8) Disabled IPv6
Same exact problem
@Kindran
As you may notice that that were 97% data packet loss at hop 1.
If possible, try testing with a wired connection as a comparison. This is to isolate the problem from other causes. If it is fine with wired connection, then you need to figure out how to improve your wireless connection.

Thank you for the attempted help, but please see bullet 4 on my first post

Here is a second WinMTR after playing for about 10 minutes. Same disconnection, and it only happens with Diablo 3. Only started happening this season and it happens all the time.

I saw that, so I put "If possible".
Your second log is worse than the first one, 99% data packet loss :(
Try moving your pc closer to the wireless station/router, just for testing.
That's all I can suggest.
Sorry.
Why 128000 samples in 10 minutes?
Would you check the options on the WinMTR UI. What is the "Interval (sec)"?
The default should be 1.0.
Here's my most recent. Wired connection, tried all of the listed fixes.

Kindran and Catfish,

Can you post the make and model of your router/modem device? I want to see if they are the same or similar.

Both of your WinMTRs indicate that the computer is completely disconnecting from the router while the WinMTR test is running. This is what makes the Sent value shoot up very fast while the Recv value stays still, so it looks like 97-99% packet loss due to the disconnection.

If there is an issue with the router itself, perhaps the firmware needs to be updated or the device is getting overloaded while playing Diablo 3, then that could be causing these disconnects.
@Jambrix : there are 2 more players with a similar WinMTR (high Sent numbers with large lost proportion) here :

Comments ?
Thanks for the heads up Boubou! I've redirected that thread over here so we can start gathering router make/models.
Great stuff !! and thx for the explanations of the WinMTR results... I was really pulling my hair off.... and there isn't all that much hair to pull !! :P
As requested, my router make and model: Arris Surfboard SBG6950AC2
I'm having similar issues, since the last update. disconnecting and a huge amount of layency issues. the game is absolutely unplayable since the last update for season 17.
Same here. I tried everything. I'm basically dc'ing every hour. Uninstalled/reinstalled both the game and Battle.net. Flushed the DNS. Reset my router, my computer, many times. Tried playing D3 without the launcher. Tried playing it with 34-bit version. Opened a ticket but no helpful answers from the GM at all.

My router is Arris Model#TG1682G. Spectrum is my ISP.
Hmmm... two Arris
Will she be another Razer? Just kidding.

Just to say thank to Jambrix for the explanation.
