Where are my heroes?

General Discussion
Last played: Winter 2017. Long list of heroes.
Logged back in Summer 2019. Only one hero is present -- at a level 10? This hero was my first hero since 2012, a level 70 with like crazy number of hours played... not level 10 with over 1 hour play... and where are the rest of my heroes? O_____O Lastly, why do I have only four slots available? I wanted to come back to play around a bit in my level 70 heroes ... not whatever joke / error this is ... I mean ...wtf? *grieving for all of my heroes* ...

If you have only 4 slots available, it means you are logged on as a Starter Edition (free version) player. You probably are using the wrong e-mail to logon the Battle.Net launcher.

If you can't figure out what e-mail you should be using, contact Blizzard Support here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/services/316/979/channels
Or you just need to toggle what region you're logging in to in the Launcher.

Nope... if it was a region thing, OP would have all the hero slots (at least 12). 4 hero slots is Starter Edition :

Limitations and Restrictions
Players on Starter Edition game licenses have the following restrictions:

Cannot progress past the Skeleton King.
Can only create up to 4 characters.
Level 13 cap.
Matchmaking available only with other Starter Edition players.
Any characters you create while using the Starter Edition will be retained when you upgrade to the full version of Diablo III.

Okay, I meant a different account. World of Sawarcraft for example lets me choose my paid account, Starter Account and Public Test Realm Account on the Launcher. Unless I choose my paid account, all my characters, character slots etc. will be missing.
