Unable to launch any Blizzard apps

Technical Support
Most recent things that have changed since the last time that I played one of the games, is upgrading to NVidia 2060, 4k gaming monitor, and Razer Chroma.

I've been scouring the forums and internet in general to figure it out on my own, but it's really starting to frustrate me. Here's what I've done so far:

* Restart the computer
* Uninstall/Reinstall Battle.net launcher, Diablo 3, Overwatch, Destiny 2
* Ensured that I do not have the Chroma SDK installed
* Changed drives from HDD to SDD, same result
* Tried scanning and fixing option in Battle.Net launcher
* Tried launching games with -launch to bypass BNet launcher

Here's the URL to my DxDiag:

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Sometimes, the uninstaller of Razer software doesn't remove files cleanly.
Make sure those .DLL files in this support post have been deleted:

Also, you may turn off the chroma effect in D3.

Thank you for replying!

There was a left-over DLL from the chroma sdk, I removed that and attempted to re-launch and had the same result.

HOWEVER...

I added the ChromeEffects=1 into Diablo 3's settings in the documents folder, and that now launches.

So far the following will now launch:
Diablo III
Destiny 2
Heroes of the Storm

The only one now that still won't launch is:
Overwatch

Any suggestions on that?
Hey, Donavyn! It sounds like the Razer Chroma issue is what's causing the issue for Diablo III. Overwatch has the same conflict. Diablo III is a little bit easier to resolve since there's a preference that can be added or edited, but with Overwatch, you'll want to follow the steps on this post.

There's left over files where a common uninstall will not resolve. If needed, Razer can also be contacted if the steps in the post do not resolve the launching issue.

Unfortunately I cannot install Synapse 3, it doesn't support the Chroma keyboard yet, it supports the earlier version of it. Synapse 2 supports Chroma and Razer MOBA mouse.

I removed the one file that was leftover from the SDK install. Still happening though.

I also do not have overlays happening with Discord, I toggled that off as well just to be sure it wasn't that.

What I don't understand though, is that Discord and Razer are as synonymous to gaming just as much as Blizzard is. Why are only your apps affected, while other games that I have installed and play regularly, aren't?

It doesn't make a lot of sense to have issues from gaming hardware/software. Nonetheless, any other suggestion you have, I'm open to those suggestions.

Have you Restarted Computer after file deletion? For Win10, Restart Computer is NOT the same as Shutdown.

You may also try uninstalling Discord, just for testing.

Yes I've performed a cold boot, not a warm one.

Now I'm seeing "Blizzard Agent Went To Sleep, Attempting To Wake It Up", followed by "Oops".
