Error 395002

Hi after this afternoon fix, I tried to login my account and it showed Error 395002.
I did everything according this page (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/14823), still showing the same error code. Please help me fix it. Thx
Running into the same problem, tagging myself to see if there's a fix. 'The Americas"
I'm having the same problem.

I can log into EU and Asia fine, but I get this error when I try to login to NA where all my chars are.

BTW, can't login the US server, all other regions are fine.
same problem here, other regions works, but not US server which my chars at.
Same issue here, any update on this blizz? We want to play!
I have tried to login on 3 different computers and het the same 395002 error. It is something on their end not ours. I can log in my other 2 accounts.

Same here. There was a notice saying the tech team is aware of the issue but it's now gone. However, getting the same issue. I hope they are still working on it.
So I turned my computer off for an hour. I just booted back up and tried again, same issue.

Something is wrong here! I really wanna play tonight :(

I also tried to login to my account on my brothers computer (he is logged in fine) and I get the same error.

"If"? What the !@#$ is wrong with blizzard nowadays
do not restart your computer, do not power down your router, do not unplug anything. This is not errors that can be resolved on client side.

submit web ticket and wait for them to fix your account.

Repeating, do not make yourself busy, this is Blizzard problem.
