If I buy this PC, will Diablo 3 work?

Technical Support

Apparently my PC is crappy and I'd need to upgrade the CPU and the motherboard if I wanted to play Diablo, so I'm gonna look at getting a new PC.

The ones I'm looking at are:

(HP Pavilion p6-2003w Refurbished Desktop PC - AMD E2 3200 2.4 GHz, 4GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, DVDRW, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit)

(Acer Aspire AX3950-UR30P Desktop PC - Intel Core i3-540 3.06GHz, 4GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, DVDRW, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit)

My wife says they look pretty good - I'm just not sure if either of these has a good enough CPU thing (since that's the problem with my current one).

Would either of these work?
I also found this one, but it's a bit more pricey so if I can get Diablo to work on one of the cheaper ones then I'd rather do that, but if they're just not good enough then I could look at this one:

(HP Pavilion p7-1037c Refurbished Desktop PC - AMD Athlon II X4 3.1GHz, 8GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, DVDRW, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit)
The systems you chose are a bit substandard in my opinion due to the graphic card situation. Your best bet at the price range you're looking at is one WITHOUT Intel integrated graphics, which leaves choices with Radeon integrated graphics. When you integrate graphics, the video RAM is shared with the system memory which eats up game performance. My choice is neither of the systems you listed, but rather this one:

This system has Radeon graphics and a superior amount of RAM at 6GBs which should allow better gameplay experience at the sub $400 that you seem to be picking. Might be better to upgrade your existing rig until you can scrounge up some cash for a real solution.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I actually have a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT that I got from my sister-in-law when she got a better one, so, assuming that's decent enough, you don't have to worry about the graphics card getting out-of-date, so I guess I'm mainly wondering if the processors are good enough and if there's enough memory on them.
