Dont meet system requirements - My PC is fine

I didn't sign up for an annual pass so I could have my time wasted. I'd appreciate a decent response on what might be the issue here or I'll be requesting a refund, by telephone.

Fixed the issue by going to Start > All programs > Windows Update > Ticking ALL updates > Installing updates > Restarting computer > Closing down all other applications > Restarting Diablo Installation
