Can't Aquire Game Key

Technical Support
Digital copy bought on Blizzard.com, with a required login with Battle.net.

Paid for it successfuly.

Received an email saying this:

The digital game(s) you purchased are now available for download to your computer from your Battle.net account.
If you made this purchase from Battle.net (instead of the Blizzard Store), your license is already attached to your account.
Otherwise, the Game Key(s) for your purchased title(s) are listed above for reference. To access your digital game(s), simply follow these instructions:

Log in to your Battle.net account at http://www.battle.net
Verify your e-mail address. (If you have previously verified your address, skip this step.) From the main Account Management page, click the 'verify this e-mail address' link. Then, check your e-mail account for a verification e-mail. Click the link in this e-mail to verify your e-mail address.
Return to the Battle.net account management page.
If you made this purchase on the Blizzard Store, click the "Add a New Game" button to attach the Game Code to your Battle.net account if you have not already done so.
You will now be able to download and install your game(s) at your convenience using the download controls on the account management page.

Of course no Game Key is in the email, and all my Battle.net account proposes is that I buy the game a second time.

Ideas?
You don't have key when you buy it digital
As I've had to answer this numerous times, quoting myself:

Go to: http://us.battle.net/account

Under "My Game Accounts" you should have Diablo 3. Click on it.

Under "ACCOUNT STATUS", it should say "ACTIVE". If so, you are good to go, and already activated.

The installer simply asks you to activate if you haven't already. So you can tell it you are activated, and it will proceed normally.
Thanks for the knowledge, people.

Now if I can find why the Downloading progress bar says 0% no matter how many tricks I pull out of my hat...
