I just checked my account but do not see any possibility to upgrade.
Same on my account. Moreover I am also not permitted to buy another copy of Diablo 3 (not that I will ever buy anything from Blizzard again), because it says I have reached the license limit for Diablo 3. :D

Another Bluepost fail.

User please don't pay attention to blue post, they have no meaning and can have false information they also do not represent Blizzard entertainment.

Blizzard entertainment please remove ranks like "Support Forum Agent" and remove the "blueish" if they can not provide proper informations make them as "Forum supporter or MVP what ever with a title "Information is maybe wrong"
Create real "Blue poster" which represent Blizzard entertainment which don't post such crap.

Even if they offer this, I won´t offer more than 10 Euros. I already spent 40 Euros on this because the price for those Ru-Keys went up like crazy as soon as the first reports came in that they are working multi-lang. Game in Germany costs currently 48 Euros. I didn´t want to pay more than 40 Euros for this game. If I have to pay more than 40 now to make it work with any language, fine. I will pay this money knowing I will never buy anything from Blizzard EVER AGAIN.

If it would end up to be more than 48 Euros in total I´d take my chances with my vendor (and of course also NEVER EVER buy Blizzard again).
Exactly. This crap is not worth more than 40, MAX 45 euros (then for EU). Not with this "service" and not with such dubious methods like telling someone "buy the game again and you can activate it".

OMG, like all of you, I´m very upset, cause this language restriction is killing me! I´m a very happy brazilian, proud of my native language, but, I prefer to play games in their original state. May we do this way, Blizzard?! Waiting more than 10 years, to have this hudge dissatisfaction...

Kaltonis, it is NOT true that you can upgrade the game. If that was the case, I would expect to do that by using my account. However, if I access the battle.net store, there is not such an option. There is not an option to buy another Diablo 3 nor to upgrade the language.

If I had to create another account in order to 'upgrade', this would not be an upgrade, would it be?

So, in a sense, what you are telling us is, in a fancy way, 'keep your game and buy another one, therefore paying twice'.

But I do believe YOU, the person, are aware of that. I suppose it is to be expected that moderators cannot speak of certain things. They must obey certain rules. That is why the moderators are speaking so little about the issue.

But, before being a Blizzard representative, you are a person, and you know you would be extremely furious as well if a representative were to tell you to buy a product twice because of misleading information.

But since you most probably understand our situation and are being forced by Blizzard superiors, you moderators could do us a favor and propose Blizzard some alternatives and avoid posts to try to 'contain' people.

You cant upgrade (yet). The only thing which is working for sure, buy a new key lol. But of course, DONT do that. :-)

But even that is not an upgrade, because you actually cannot buy the same game with the same account, which means you will lose your characters.

Blizzard is so tricky that, in answers for the ticket thing, they are offering the 'chance' for you to gift a friend of yours and buy another Diablo III. In this way, they shall 'transfer' the key you have right now for your friend and give you the new one.

It is even more ridiculous, because, as far as I saw it, there is no option to transfer a key to a friend by yourself. Obviously because they want to keep all the money. You can transfer the key, of course, as long as you buy another game, so that the money you would get from giving your key is still kept to Blizzard.

I cannot even condemn myself. How could I suspect that a game with the same price as the digital version in my country would be incomplete...?

It was Blizzard that came with this AFTERWARDS.
