Sadly, reset did not work. Yes was fully logged out, no there is no transaction error. Yes it's reading as Standard Edition and YES I am getting the upgrade pop up when I kill the Skeleton King.

I'm on my 3rd char and maybe 20th? Kill of SK.

I've read 4+ threads on the subject and have followed EVERY blue post's advice/steps, and nothing.

This thread is because the sticky (see title) says it "should" be resolved.

Log all the way out. Reset your password from the Acct Mgt screen. Try logging in again.

I did that as well and i'm still having the problem. I've tried doing this so many times and still nothing. I even reinstalled the damn game and nothing...
Hey i just realized that i wasnt leveling past 13 either, read your post and changed my past word and logged out now its working
Im also having this issue and i tried switching characters and then i get to level 13 and the same problem again!!
