It has come to our attention that there has been a dispute filed against the purchase of a digital Diablo 3 license which is associated with this account. Due to the chargeback, the digital license has been disabled.

If a charge is withdrawn from Blizzard Entertainment for any reason, Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access and your Account, as well as terminating this Agreement and all of Blizzard Entertainment's obligations hereunder.

have the same problem not sure what this is about 0o but i wanna play d3 .. i know i was reported by some ppl for spamming maybe or for some other reason but other from that i've never done anything wrong :S

i have a problem with my father's credit card, he had been chargeback my game because he didn't know that I bought Diablo by his Master Card, he thought that someone used it.
i sent a Ticket 2 days ago, but i didnt see any replies from the supporter.
I want to call the supporter,but I'm a Vietnamese and i dont speak Eng well.
I'm still waiting for you :(

I got error 53 just because I didn't make the final purchase on a item I buy on bid, Forgive FOR HAVING A LIFE!!!!!!!!, Also I can't sent a a Ticket because i doesn't let me sent one either

I got hacked and did all the account restoration but when I try to log into my D3 account it says that it has been suspended (Error 53) not sure what i did wrong.... i sent a ticket already but same thing happen and still got Error 53..
Unknown you will need to re-open the ticket using "need more help". Explain clearly that "I wish to appeal a suspension that happened while my account was compromised".

I have purchased Diablo3 from your website, but received an email stating that the transaction was canceled. But the problem is, you guys withdrew money from my checking account.
I know your pain people they sent me heaps f emails in hotmail under junk. idk it was in there anyway awhile ago i submitted a request to prove it was me i have done it twice and yet they still go ahead and ban me. i find this funny. i by some extra gold from rmah i paid an extra 20 dollars asutralian i win the auction etc and then it bans me saying that i've been suspenderd due to violations im like wtf man. i submitted a request twice to prove it was me on this account and yet i win the auction and they ban me i tried to call they 1800-041-378 number there lines are closed and it's 14.31 pm here so i have to call at 17.00pm usa time i submitted a ticked tried proving it's me and yet still they ban me. i noted i will take it futher on nine news australia.
hallo, i have the same probem, i wrote a ticket, they answered me and wanted some informations, i sent all they wanted but than no answer for whole day, i just wanted to buy some gold and there was some issue and i have blocked account, can somebody help me with this, i really want to play, i did not anything wrong, just wanted buy gold, i dont see any reason why to have my account blocked... thanks
I have same problem, they banned me after i sale item on RMAH, i have created ticket but no one reply after 24 hours.
