Should I get RAM or is it something else?

Games & Technology
I tend to lag on my first run when i play D3, and it's not just a little, it lags to the point where the screen freezes. It also lags when I fight big mobs also. I don't know what I need to upgrade on my PC to fix it. I was thinking about getting more ram but im not sure if that would help.

Here are my system specs.

That's rather odd. You have 5Gb of ram, and pretty good Cpu, and good graphics card. That should be plenty. You might have a bunch of stuff running, I could be wrong. It doesn't add up really. Your drivers could be out of date.
