We understand that players are eager for patch 1.0.5 to go live

Who says so, i'm a monk and we all hate it
Making changes to the current item stat rolls?? U are just trying to squeeze more money and commission out of us
We understand that players are eager for patch 1.0.5 to go live: we are too. Testing is well underway for it, and there’s a lot of great stuff coming just around the corner, including the Infernal Machine Event and the advent of the Monster Power System.

The best possible thing you can do to help us progress is to join in on the PTR, offer your constructive feedback, and submit detailed bug reports about any issues you may experience while playing on the test realm. These reports are incredibly valuable to us, and we greatly appreciate those of you that have taken time to play on the PTR and offer us your ongoing feedback and bug reports.

I'm not looking forward to 1.0.5 with the CM Wizard nerfs and since Blizzard didn't feel a need to respond to many CM Wizard threads (that included detailed analysis of those changes), I have NO interest to invest in being Blizzard's unpaid worker.

I have already invested over 600 hours in D3 and that is more than enough time for you all to get your act straight.

Its jokes like this that make me LOL..

CM/WW wizards are getting nerfed BECAUSE 90% of WIZARDS ARE USING IT..

see a diversity in there? NO.. Get good stop complaining learn how to rebuild with the game.. TY

That goes for the pathetic monks crying too.. Not even going to mention barbs because they always QQing about something...

Seriously Quit if you ppl are having such issues.. Im godly owned this game for just over a month and havent spent a dime... u people say your diablo 2 fans but WHAT WAS DIABLO 2.... FARMING AND LEVELING.. stop crying on the forums and go LEARN HOW TO PLAY if you suck then go farm a lower level..

Yeah guys, test their patch so that they can release it sooner.
Trying to get it up and running although, it has proven to be difficult. i shall get back with you with more feedback. untill then thanks
hi, we are blizzard, buy our game, test it for us, post all our "bugs" to us because we already put 18hours into making the game before release and thats way over activisions budget for us. also pvp too hard, will include as main feature in expansion pack. blizzard, working as intended

Wow. I thought you'd been eaten alive by monks a while back.

Speaking of which: NOMNOMNOM
You know, I appreciate that you guys are trying hard to fix a failed game instead of scrapping it even after your customers were enticed into buying it. It shows that you guys do care about the quality of your product no matter how much of a piece of crap it turned out to be.

But, the thing is, you guys are wasting your time and resources on things that didn't need to be fixed or adjusted (save for the legendary affixes). Do you know what was the core of D2 that has driven people to play even 'til this day? Good Drops & PvP. 2 factors that your rip-off of a game is missing.

If you would only listen to your customers right now, you won't be in this mess taking heat for this kind of garbage that you've produced. Now I'm not directing this to you at all Vaelflare as I know you're not the one who's at fault, but I sure do hope that the ones behind this epic fail of a game is aware of what they've caused. Aside from Final Fantasy 14, I've never seen a game be given so many bad reviews. Blizzard South has officially dropped the ball with D3.
Yah... we have been testing 5 months for it. Providing detailed feedback right here on this very forum. Patiently, and at times not so patiently, waiting for it and everything else that is required to make this game a triple A title Blizzard has become known for over the last decade.

I mean no personal insult to you or any of the people you work with. If Diablo 3 was all bad, i wouldn't be here. There is an amazing game just begging to be released. It can even have a RMAH.... It just can't be effected by it.

When i first heard about the RMAH i didn;t care. I thought it would be just there, not built around. I thought it would be used only by the people who had the epeen envy. I didn't think it would be required. I honestly, and now i realize naively, believed that the GAH and RMAH were put in place for the people who would pay to have an extra 2% dps. Like i thought everyone would be able to get a Mempo just by playing, and the RMAH would be for those who "needed" perfectly rolled Mempos.

That is the big fix that needs to happen. I know it, you know it, everyone know sit.

This.
+100 this thread!!!!!!

I'm actually really pissed about 1.0.5 right now..

I am NOT going to be your beta tester. There is no value add for me. I don't get to keep anything I find. The only thing i do is spoil the experience of new game play for myself. WHY WOULD I SPOIL NEW CONTENT BY PLAYING IT NOW SO I CAN BE SICK OF IT AND RUIN RELEASE DAY?!?!?!?!?!?!

WHY!@?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!!?!?!

And by 1.0.5 lingering for so EFFING long, it's ground the AH to a halt. A ring that would have sold for 80m (4 CC, 25 CD, 8 ias, 220 LoH) ended up selling for 10m because nobody is bidding. who's buying legendaries with the drop rate set to increase. The game is really in a holding pattern right now and 1.0.4 is really dead until this gets out the door.

So please release it as soon as possible. Release it with a bug for crying out loud. For someone who was enjoying the game until now this release has put the whole game in a holding pattern. Terrible release planning. That's coming from a 15 year software developer with tons of project and release planning.

You guys need some agility and kan ban for your next release planning.
you don't need to play PTR,

no one is forcing you to beta test any game.

But you're free to complain when lack of testing = bugs/nerfs

You're also free to complain when testing takes a long time.

Time to grow a brain and move out of your moms apartment kids.
by the time 1.0.5 is released, everyone is already bored with 1.0.5 new features because everyone is playing on PTR now.
blizzard is really trying too hard and spending too much time on trying to diversify builds on classes but rather we want more exciting contents. Paragon level is something exciting and longlasting. something like paragon levels, if we were able to allocate the stats that would be even more awesome, or reaching a certain paragon levels u get to use an extra skill slot.
Make achievements meaningful, like if u unlock a certain achievement, u get some bonuses of perhaps extra dodge or armor. whatever it is.
even better if bliz can release a new dungeon, or a weekly rotating dungeon. watever it is, we want something exciting, perhaps a special 10 room player dungeon! Besides paragon levels, every other patches has been about nerfing and buffing useless skills..
Players are not eager for a new patch to go live. They are eager to get rewarded for the hundreds of hours they've spent playing this stupid game and that's just not gonna happen. What a waste of time!
I would join in on the action but it takes up to much space on my drive, wish there were servers for this instead of having to install another 7 Gigs of space.
I am definitely looking forward to you opening the 1.05 doors and and trying out monster power. In fact, until you deploy the patch on live, I cant help but feel like this guy.

"The best possible thing you can do" is to do our work for us for free? I don't do PTR because i feel like its a waste of time. I'm not a tester that works for Blizzard, and I don't have the free time to do their job. With that said, at the very least reward the players who are doing ptr and reporting bugs/problems for you. Give them gold or paragon levels at the very least ... something, anything, for the time they spend helping you guys out.

Takes pretty much 2 months for a stupid event which should only take 2 weeks at the max to create/including the coding.

The Skills and Weapons would take 2-4 days max as the coding is just fixing up stuff/ruining stuff(Monk).

Look at GW2 they can Fix problems Pretty dam quick as they have a dedicated team working on fixes and new content but when i look at blizzard you just Make BS excuses.

Heck even Microsoft is Better lol If you all remmber Windows XP when it was first released.

CM/WW wizards are getting nerfed BECAUSE 90% of WIZARDS ARE USING IT..

There are two ways of increasing build diversity: the correct way, and the lazy (Blizzard™) way.

The lazy (Blizzard™) way simply involves nerfing the popular build, forcing players to use the less popular builds. Ta-da, build diversity is achieved.

The correct way, one that the Diablo 2 team would have done, involves buffing the other skills to add incentives to use those other skills. Unfortunately, it also incorporates a lot more testing, since you are tuning many variables, rather than just one, as in the lazy (Blizzard™) way.
