Standard Edition

I recently bought a physical copy of the game and installed it. I've put in my CD key and everything in but it still says I have the starter edition in game. On the battlenet site it says:

PRODUCT LEVEL
Diablo® III Standard Edition
ACCOUNT STATUS
ACTIVE
REGION
Global

Any help appreciated, thanks.
Nevermind, fixed.
May I ask how you managed to fix this problem? It seems identical to the one I'm having with a new starter account being upgraded to a standard account.
Just changed login email. Hope it helps.
