Authenticator deleted

I just reset my ipod and erased all data, completely forgot about my bnet authenticator on there.

I have the key chain authenticator I'd rather use now, how do I remove the ipod authenticator now?

Is ringing support the only way or can I still do it via the website or via email?

The quickest way is to call and get it removed so you can add another one. If you submit a ticket to do it, they may require you to submit proof of your identity first which will delay the process.
