I'm under "recommended system specs" so why am I having this problems?
Maybe I can't play with everything on high, but I should be able to play normally with lowered video options.
Please help!
Is it a problem with macosx, would it be better if I installed windows?
I already tried to reset scm pram and all that, did everything suggested in forums, even tried to connect another display. Nothing helps.

Blue please respond!
I have the same Problem, but the FPS drop from initially 25 (!) to like 10.

Not playable.

on an Early 2011 Macbook Pro
8 Gb Ram
SSD 256 GB
15", Radeon 6750 M 1 GB

Did repair and reset as well, last time i got the not satisfying answer i cant do anything about it.
Settings 1024xsomething, all stuff as low as possible. Even reduced effects, no AA or whatsoever.

The game did never perform good, but playable. Even formated and reinstalled MacOS, updated Mac drivers and all this stuff.
same issue bump
Does anybody have a solution?
Is it a prob with the computer?
Did anybody try to install windows and play there?
Found a Solution.

My MBP was getting too hot. There was a lot of dust in the fans, therefore it did not cool enough.

Whenever this happens, OS X reduces the CPU performance.

Therefore, check if you can clean yur macbook.
The stuttering was fixed in 1.0.5, and unfortunately 1.0.6 saw some serious regressions in that area. Unfortunately, only the client devs would know where to look for those particular regressions, and they are still present in 1.0.7 so this issue exists in full on the PTR realm as well.

If we're lucky a future PTR build might have some fixes for those regressions. Keep checking it out to see if there are any improvements, and make sure to post any issues or improvement reports to the Mac Technical Support Forum and not the PTR Feedback Forum.
