AH error 31075 and items dissapeared

Hello

Before this error appeared i have jst added an items in AH.
A Tal Rasha amulet.
The AH 31075 error appeared, after that i got another error (can not receive my payment method), and after i finally opened Ah the amulet was gone.

Can an official reprezentative please help.

The only Tal Rasha Allegiance I could find in your AH history is one you sold (for gold) back on 12/5/2012. The gold was claimed for it 12/5/2012 at 20:41:46 UTC.

Please check again.
The amulet i am talking about droped about 1h ago. At the same time the Cindercoat droped.
I identify them at the same time. Added them in Ah at the same time.
The amulet i am talking about is a Tal Rasha Allegiance with
7.5 Crit chance
64 crit damage
over 200 inteligence
over 100 vit
5% fire damage (i think)
No average damage
I added it in AH for 150 000 000 gold. ater the 31075 error i dsapeared.
But the sincercoat remained :(

Bought a Chantodos will just as the AH started bugging out.
Is in my AH log,gold withdrawn but item never arrived.

As I said, there was only the single Tal Rasha amulet listed. We really don't do support for AH transactions in the forums. You can try submitting a support ticket but they're only going to see what i see. Perhaps they can escalate it for you though.

The transaction did not happen.
Can you please check if there is any information that my accound indeed droped a tal rasha's amulet?
I've checked and it appears our admins are currently looking into the AH issues on Europe now. I don't have any sort of ETA as to when it can be fixed nor do I know the status of the items in question. They also suggest you post in the European forums instead of the US when issues arise in that region.

Yeah, because EU is soooo alive... ^o)
So much posts on EU regarding "selling gold here, on the site blablablabla super cheap bla bla gold, now only blabla price!"..
Ugh.

Please, make the EU forum more alive so we don't feel the urgent need to come to the US region forum .__.
