Bought gold, but never received

It's been about 84 hours since I purchased $100 worth of gold. After about 78 hours, it went from processing to actually seeing the purchase. However, I was not credited the gold and the $100 was not taken from my account (paid through visa). I do not know if I should buy another $100 worth because then I might end up buying twice. Please help
