locked out of account currently.

I logged in from an Ipad to the forums and it locked my account out. The problem is that I don't have an authenicator, but I can't log in due I don't have my phone anymore to receive the code.

I can log in fine to the forums, just not the game.

Can I receive the code from phone to email?
