30% mellee reduction is too much for dueling

Im finding that as the meta for pvp is switching more towards ehp shields and life regen that the 30% mellee reduction is really to much too over come. particularly barbarians can too easily achieve a state of invulnerability by out healing all incoming dmg that most classes can output. while at the same time having dmg output as other classes.

add to that the fact that for most classes the highest edps skills are all short ranged, and both mellee classes have a effective long range attack and the 30% inate dmg recution for mellee simply seems excesive for ballanced play.

I think this is one balance change that can easily be adjusted without invalidating any gear.

It still has a lot of shifting left to do, when vs elites is fixed/added to effect players the 30% soj's will cancel out melee dr and your ranged attacks will get their sting back. Then the turtle barbs will need to find another way to counter it and so the great arms race will continue.

Is this a serious post?? DH who can perma smoke screen or Wizards that can use storm armor and 1 shot even a descnet geared barb B4 the barb can even see them is somehow balanced?

Get real bro. What are you angry that you encountered a Barb that stacked defense to take a few shots and maybe even killed you? QQ in a corner
