im getting error 140001 and 3003 all the time

all ports needed are opened and i can also play starcraft without any problem
i havent been playing D3 for like 8 months or so i re downloaded the game but i cant log in
changed bnet pass ,deleted cache also...... nothing worked yet

Are you using any antivirus or software firewall programs?

after 3 hours it solved itself magically

Temporarily disable them and try launching the game. One of them may be interfering. If it works that way, you'll need to go in and figure out how to configure them to allow the game access.
