Ermite that bat build is just to hard to play.

Switch to bears and throw them and run. You still are getting hit too much by having to stand there and channel CoB.
actually it is much easier now =D

In the past I die 4-5 times per MP6 run mainly because of the flinching. Now the monsters flinch but I dont! =DDDDDDD

I just did 2 MP6 act 3 runs with only 1 death vs a knockback elite pack =DDDD

I was actually planning to get more Attack speed so that the enemies are the ones flinching more but now...i dont think i need the AS that much =DDDD
Rock on then. Watch out for those laser packs.

this is actually a HUGE HUGE HUGE change. although subtle, it really is a giant buff to Cloud of Bats as the most annoying thing in the world was getting surrounded and having enemies 'chain break' your channeling of the spell.

I didnt know about this change until now, I will have to test it out later!

Nephalem Valor stacks will now persist through Acts
Base pick-up radius for all characters has been increased from 1.5 yards to 3 yards
The resurrection timer will no longer increase if a player is killed multiple times in a row
Players should no longer play a flinching animation (causing them to briefly lose control of their character) if they are hit by multiple monsters at the same time

not sure why they changed it, saw no indications that it was going to be changed, but totally glad they changed it =DDDDDDDD
Well it was much needed inorder to make Point Blank Channel spells like cloud of bats and Wiz Sleet Storm worth using.

Right now I been running in and Doing the Vengeful + Umbral Shock thing works great. Now I'm wondering if running in and staying after Umbral Shock with Cloud of Bats would be working.

That's some crazy Point Blank AoEing.
yeah i tested this out and found that flinching still occurs quite often, has anyone else tested this out more extensively?
Looks like it is still occurring, though I don't know if it's less or more than before.

I don't recall flinching fact my Cloud of Bats channeling doesn't get disrupted anymore because no flinch...not even when I stand in fire-chain elites...

In the past fire-chain elites was the number 1 killer for me...but now I can channel CoB even when I'm standing in their chain...
