Jul 23 Game freezing Hello! I have a problem with the game. It freezes when i try to play a game, and i have to force stop it just so i can reenter the game, just for it to stop working again. I have noticed that there were several people with this problem, but it was mostly a pc problem. My specs are: Toshiba laptop Windows 8 I'm playing on Europe. Jul 23 Unable to update Whenever I click the button to run the update, it comes up with Error Codes: BLZBNTAGT000008A3, BLZBNTAGT000008A4. I ran through the entire list of disabling my firewall, making sure the agent wasn't running, and I'm already hardwired. it allowed me to update WoW, just will not update Hearthstone. Jul 21 Experiencing Game Freeze Greetings. Lately I'm having a few problems experiencing some kind of game freezes on the loading screen and I can't seem to find an explication for it on my own neither a solution. My problem happens when I launch the game on the Asian server. Once it goes to the opening logo the game starts loading continuously and it never launchs completely to the main menu. Now, this problem only happens on the Asian server, as I mentioned before, and it rolls completely fine in EU or American. At first I thought it was a server problem, but now I'm sure it isn't. I have seen similar threads here on this forum and I tried what was proposed to solve those problems (flush dns) but didn't work for me. It feels kinda a random problem because sometimes out of nowhere I can enter the game, but now is getting harder to enter so I would like to know if there is any solution to my problem. Jul 21 Standard and Wild menu issue. I just want to email BLIZZARD directly. This issue is specifically with me. I've spoken to my friends and they play on mobile and this hasn't happened to them. I login into my friend's account and he's able to display the menu options such as playmode, tavern Brawl etc. Once I log into back to my account, I'm forced to press the arrow that is located in the menu (where play mode and arena are located) and it takes me to the introduction of standard and wild, once it does its intro; it then states to switch from standard to wild. Once I press the option to switch, I simply crash. I am able to invite my friends and play from there, but to select any option menu I am not avalaible. I already deleted hearthstone and reinstalled. I already logged in and logged off many times. I even tried on my friend's account and his runs perfectly fine. I play on iPad Air and I am on IOS 9.3.2. This happened for the reason of trying to obtain the new shaman character. I'm literally frustrated, I cannot access shop or my collection as well. Please help. Thanks.Shroom1 Jul 21
Jul 21 iPad 2 - slows down then crash Since the last patch Hearthstone is unplayable for me on my iPad 2, updated to iOS 9.3.2. Game slows more and more during a match, especially with any complicated animation and then will after a few minutes just crashes out of the app. It used to do this very occasionally in the past but since the latest patch it is almost impossible to finish a game without crashing. Jul 21 Hearthstone Locks up for 4-5 seconds every min or so I have been dealing this for a little over a month now. My game just basically freezes in small 4 second bursts very frequently. It used to only happen on some days, now it is almost every time I play hearthstone. I have thought long and hard about possible causes. This seemed to start happening while I had some internet issues, which I originally attributed this to, but those have long since been fixed and the lag still persists. I have no issues with internet lag in anything else I do including other blizzard games. I can even be watching streams while I play hearthstone that are perfectly fine while my game is lagging. For this reason I think it just has something to do with my PC. I have run anti virus programs, removed anything from my PC that I added around the time this began happening. I have checked firewall settings. Messed around with settings in Nvidia control panel. Reinstalled Hearthstone. Still I am left dumbfounded. Please help if you can. Jul 21 Not Reconnecting After Crash Boilerplate: I apologize if this is a cross-post; I did (several) searches, and found nothing that was exactly the same. I've noticed that when Hearthstone crashes now, on either my iPhone 6 or my PC, it no longer reconnects. I'm not saying that it sometimes fails to reconnect, I'm saying that no attempt whatsoever is made. No "trying to reconnect" pop-up, no "you lost your last game due to a disconnect," nothing. It just acts as if I wasn't in a match at all...until a few hours later (at which point I get the standard "you lost your last game due to a disconnect" message). What's especially odd about this is that it will happily let me start a new match, and I can play several games in a row before it suddenly gives me the message about losing a game from hours back.LaMort130 Jul 21

Jul 21 Windowed resolution stuck for second screen Hello everyone ! I've got a little problem with my game and my 2 screens. I've set the game to windowed on my main screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 (this resolution is also set in the options), but the window doesn't cover the whole screen (there is space on the right and the bottom). But when I slide the window over my second screen (1680x1050), it fits perfectly, so the problem is that my game seems to be stuck on the resolution of my secondary screen when it's windowed. Jul 20 New arena bug I had an arena drafted but unplayed on Asia servers, but when I clicked arena it took me to the buy an arena screen. I forgot that I had already drafted one, so I clicked buy and it just overwrote the old one (I could see my draft and it just froze, when I relogged the new arena class choice screen popped up). Jul 20 lag switches are a real thing blizzard! during ranked battles i am encountering lag switches. i can play 100 game in play mode with no issues. as soon as i start to win in ranked my game freezes, ultimately giving me the loss. i have a stable independent wifi connection that is flawless in many other games. ONLY WHEN I GAIN THE UPPER HAND DOES THIS OCCUR. it is unfair to the rest of us. im not delusional, or mad because i lost. its just plain cheating and unfair to those of us without this unfair advantage. also, you need to take cheating seriously. make it easier for players to report this. Jul 20 Bug with crafting card and dust I had 100 dust and I wanted to craft a card: Blade Flurry. When I clicked create the animation was okey but then message popped up (A system error has prevented completion of your request. Please try again and contact Customer Support if the problem persits) and the card was not created i tried again the card just didn't want to be created and then I restarted the game and i had only 60 dust. Jul 20 Game opens, but "Click to Start" never shows up I can open the game juts fine; I can access my "friends", open the options menu, and even watch the credits. I cannot, however, get to the main menu. The box that is supposed to have the "click to start" message shows up, but the message doesn't. No amount of clicking fixes this. I tried opening the EU server, and it opened just fine, so it may just be an issue with my account and the US server. I would like this fixed, if possible.Phantom0 Jul 20
Jul 20 no letters or numbers displayed When I finished updating Hearthstone yesterday, I opened it as normal. But instead of the usual letters or numbers in the game, there were only akward boxes. I could play a game just like always, but it was very annoying, because i never knew how much health the opponent or my hero had, or if a card like Stormwind Champion was played, i could only guess how much attack and health the minions had. Does anyone have the same problem and knows how to fix it? It really isn't a pleasure to play Hearthstone with this issue.Zadgetgan1 Jul 20
Jul 19 Has the minimum spec requirements for Hearthstone changed? I have a really old duo core that use to be able to run hearthstone reasonably well before last weeks patch. Now the game freezes up and crashes wherever it transitions to my opponents turn. On my around 5 years old i5, hearthstone runs perfectly fine with the new patch.
