Oct 18 White art, access game mode, patching Hey all, There are some issues that could cause the art on the card to be white, trouble accessing the game modes, creating decks and patching. We are currently working on fixing this. In the meant time till the fix is out switching the game language to English (US) should fix this. Nov 19 Hearthstone crashes with rainbow graphics We're currently aware of a long-standing bug where players will see rainbow-style graphics in their game prior to it crashing out. Our Quality Assurance teams haven't been able to successfully reproduce this 100% of the time, which makes it difficult to fix. We're asking users that experience this issue to provide us with some additional information to help us in reproducing and resolving the issue: 1. What were you doing prior to the crash? How long were you playing for? 2. Is there any steps you can do that will consistently reproduce the crash? 3. Please copy/paste the contents of your player.log file and post them in this thread! Player.log can be found in ~/Library/Logs/Unity/. We're also looking for system information: 1. Click on the Apple Menu while holding down the Option key and select System Profiler (10.6.8) / System Information (10.7 and later). 2. 2d Hearthstone will not open Mac Osx 10.11.2 So my hearthstone will refuse to open basically i can launch battle.net client, etc. However whenever i try to launch hearthstone it immediately has an error and crashes. It doesn't open or have a black screen. As soon as you click play the icon pops up for a second and crashes. I have played hearthstone completely before on this exact same computer and no software updates have been made. I have re-downloaded multiple times and the only account i have is mine and I'm the admin. 2d Hearthstone will probably crash 突然ハースストーンが起動できなくなりました。 Mac版でハースストーンをプレイしているのですが、バトルドットネットからハースストーン「プレイ」のボタンを押すと、「ハースストーン」の表示が出る前に、ゲームが落ちてしまいます。 突然発生し、システムのアップデートや再インストールを行いましたが修正出来ません確認対応よろしくお願い致します。 追記 状態が複数存在しているようなので追記を行います。 (1)ゲーム画面が表示される前にゲームが落ちてしまい、MacOS側から「予期しない理由で終了しました」と表示される場合。 (2)ゲーム画面が表示されるが、BGMがなく、「HEARTHSTONE」の表示で応答なしになってしまう場合。 (3)ゲーム画面が表示されるが、BGMがあり、「HEARTHSTONE」の表示で応答なしになってしまう場合。 (4)一度だけbattle.netからエラーコードが表示されましたが誤って消してしまい現在再現できておりません。 (5)現在二回起動に成功しており、一度目は正常にプレイを行えました。二回目は画面サイズを変更しようとした所(1)が表示され不正終了しました。 追記2 アクティビティモードで確認すると 現在ゲームを起動しようとするとBlizzardのAgentプロセスが応答なしになっている場合があることを確認。ただ起動に失敗した場合必ずAgentプロセスが応答なしになるわけではない。Jade7 2d
3d mac games tab broken w/successive connections hi, i'm having problems with the blizzard launch app. I"m not sure where to report bugs because the solution is a force quit/restart. I am MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB after the first login(first login connects) after restart the blizzard launch app does not connect to the server to load game info. All the other tabs, social, news, load properly. Games does not. Launch app will not quit, requires a force quit. 4d In Game screen goes black while playing I get a black screen at random times when playing hearthstone. Sound affects, background music, and mouse clicks work; however I can't see what's going on. This occurs on my Mac but not my phone. (I have screenshots, I can upload them to photobucket or imgur & give the link if needed.) 5d Stuck on Load Screen Every time I try to launch Hearth Stone on my iMac it gets "stuck" on the load screen. I have no problem playing on my iPhone. Not a huge issue since I have an alternate means of playing... just seems odd that I could play on my Mac yesterday and today I can't. 6d First time back since August I just logged in for the first time since August and I had an Arena run still in queue. I wanted to play it, but it did not let me and looked like it had got retired at 1-0. I then proceeded to click on the key with gave me a pack and 50g I think. Dec 4 Resolution reverting on 5K iMac Hello, Every time I open Hearthstone the resolution is set to 2560x1440. I always have to manually go in to reset it to 5120x 2880. After completing the download a window says that "there is another download instance in this computer. close and retry" and it closes. Nov 8 Recent patch causes disconnects on Mac This has been causing me a lot of trouble. I have lost 2 arena matches to this issue last night at different times, with a reset in between too. I highly recommend to not queue up an arena if you have had any difficulties at all or are on a mac desktop. I have asked for a refund, and customer support is telling me since there are no known issues with the Mac client that I am held accountable for the issues with the game since the patch........ Customer service with this company is a disaster. Legally, refunds have to be issued. In the past I have been denied even for monetary refunds. I would really like a link to a survey to fill out because I believe their Tickets go through a company hired out by Blizzard and that would be the only way to get your voice heard. I have been disrespected by that staff that can be very unpleasant and unhelpful and have wasted wayyy too much of my time only to be told that the issue is with my computer and OS, and that I need to simply troubleshoot. If you're going to offer transactions on a Mac OS, then make sure it works, or don't offer it at all. This is very, very frustrating. Nov 8 CAN'T START GAME AFTER UPDATING I play HS on a MacBook Pro. The game couldn't be launched correctly and stuck at a welcome screen forever. The computer says "Application Not Responding". Nov 4 New cards are not new Several weeks ago, the "new" card status in my collection actually seemed to be working properly for the first time in literally ever. How many times have I opened a new pack full of cards I already have only to find other cards in my collection that I've had for ages be labeled as "new". About as broken and pointless as could be. Now we are back to that again. I guess I feel secure in knowing that some things in the world just wont change, and I can count on them for a sense of stability in my life. Nov 4 Friends list not showing up on mobile I'm playing on mobile and while it shows the number of my friends that are online, when i attempt to look at my friends list, it shows as empty while still telling me that I have x friends online. It doesn't even show my friends that are offline, instead it appears as if I don't have any battle.net friends at all. Therefore I am not able to issue a friendly challenge to my friends or spectate them on mobile. I have an iPhone currently running iOS 9.2.1 and hearthstone is up-to-date. Nov 3 Newest iPad with iOS 11, constant network DC I received the newest iPad model yesterday and was excited to play HS of course. The app loads and finds a play match, however I then quickly and constantly experience disconnect and reconnect and lag throughout any mode of match play. Anyone else have this new iPad? And any issues? I contacted apple and of course they gave me the usual troubleshoots and run around. Can’t ever find someone there that can say 'we can’t help you'...very frustrating. Nov 2 Frame rate took a huge dive I have a brand new top of the line MacBook Pro (2017, all options maxed). Ever since the latest patch, Hearthstone's frame rate has been terrible. Nov 2 Game crashing when finding an opponent. Since the middle of the week, whenever I am finding an opponent or beginning to spectate a friend, in 33% of the times, when the cancel button greys out indicating that I found someone, it stays in this state forever (3 to 5 minutes) until the game crashes and goes to the 'woops' screen. I tried doing the reset the 'agent' folder as suggested but to no luck. I am using an early 2013 iMac, 21,5 in. Oct 27 OS X game crashes after a bit of play If you play this game for a bit on OS X, it just freezes up (rainbow glitch). The constant crashing in the middle of games is frustrating. If I don't remember to quit out of the game and come back every couple games or so I am guaranteed a loss. It's been a constant through many patches. Oct 24 Can't Launch HS on MAC So I has been trying hard to open hearthstone from battle.net on MAC, but sometime when I clicked "play", hearthstone window jumped out with black background; it's keeping loading and in the end it just showed that "application has no response", sometime when I clicked "play", I was able to see the login image of the hearthstone box; however, the when music is on, the display just freezed at the image of the hearthstone box. I tried to delete and install the whole app again, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone else has the similar issue? Can someone help plz ToTdec5izZ2 Oct 24
Oct 22 Patch v9.crashthegame With this new patch, game crashes, at least for mac. I scanned and repaired, reset to default in game settings, i'm up to date on the latest OS, and I have done everything posted by a mod or others. Ideas? Thanks for your time and help.Icantlosew81 Oct 22
Oct 22 App won’t install, even with mucho free space Won’t install, due to no available memory. Plenty of storage 5.6gb free. App Store says the size is 2.7gb. What gives.?!?!!? Oct 20 Game stuck on "Game is Running". I got the rainbow glitch and now I can't play the game. I force quit the hearthstone app like I usually do when I get the rainbow glitch. Battle.net now thinks it's running when it's not. I can't uninstall through normal methods either. Options -> Uninstall Game is blanked out as if the game were running. Macbook Air early 2014 2-3 hours in gameplay and I always get the rainbow glitch around 2-3 hours inkiloechoesp20 Oct 20

Oct 18 Crash On Startup I've been playing game without a problem since two days age. But for last two days I cannot start the game, when I try to open from bnet heathstone window opens but only white screen, then when I look up from activity monitor I'll se HS as not responding. I'm playing game on late 2015 macbook 12 inch, 8gb ram, 512 ssd, 1,1 intel core m processor. Is there any solutions for this problem??Krispy1 Oct 18
Oct 18 How do We switch accounts on the ipad We have an IPad mini and play hearthstone on it but we also have 5 accounts between the whole family. We like to share it but every time we log out of the app to change players it just logs back into the one we logged out off. There needs to be a switch user button along with the log out. Unless anyone knows how to do it otherwise. Mainly while we're away from computers. ThanksKhedrak4 Oct 18

Oct 18 Can't start to play after the recent update How my problem happens: hardware:MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)  system version:OSX 10.11.6 (15G31) I played hearthstone normally yesterday. But the client became problematic after I did the update today which made my current game version to 9.2.0.21517. Description: * Daily quest pops out normally, and I can craft and dissolve cards normally, the card change will remain if I restart the game, which means I have valid connection with the game sever. * If I click the button of “The arena” or “play”, the center circle of loading will looping infinitely. So the result is I can’t play any hearthstone game. * When I went into the infinite loading screen after clicked the “Play” button. I can interact with the logic layer under it. For example I can make the screen pops out “This deck is for wild only” reminder by clicking randomly on the screen though my demonstration layer didn’t show me any button related to it. * In the “Collections” interface, all my cards’ portrait has been wiped away, only the texts are left. Meanwhile I can’t saw any of my decks. * On the recruitment interface, the reward skin changed into Medivh, which should be Morgl. My conclusion: The recent update on mac client leads to a dysfunction, which the demonstration layer can’t keep the same pace with the logic layer. As I saw 3 others topics reporting the same issue in this forum, I highly doubt that all mac users who updates this patch will encounter this same “can’t start play’ issue. And I suspect this patch isn’t tested throughly on mac client before the release. My wishes: 1. Please fix this issue soon(Maybe a hot fix patch?). I think it’s very serious. 2. I demand compensation about this issue. I didn’t do anything wrong, but the regular updates makes me can’t play for god knows how long it will be, and I missed a friend match(80G) because of it. Currently I have both accounts in Asia sever and China sever, but my main account is on China sever. I hope the compensation could be send to my China sever account. Please fix it now.
