You can build a decent Zoo Warlock for 4K. I understand your frustration, but you aren't being entirely truthful when you say the best low-budget decks are 6-7K. I don't know all that balancing stuff, but I will say this is the first time I've had over a dozen of my friends ask me to help them complete the Brawl in Friendlies because, "I don't want to play Jaina VS Jaina for 4 hours... Please man..... PLEASE :(" I'm just like, "Sure. I don't care." In all my time playing this game, I've never had even "1" request to help them do the Tavern Brawl.
