I just faced a Priest with double Mind Control and Free From Amber. I lost and it put me at 0-1 and I retired the deck and deleted the Hearthstone app from my phone. I will delete it from my desktop when I get home, though I never play it on there.Arena used to be my favorite game mode but it’s been a disaster for months. I hit Legend the past three months in a row and that meta is stale. Wild is dumb. I don’t even care to stick around for the next expansion.No, you guys can’t have my stuff.

You have to make a decision based on the deck you’re facing. It boils down to one question: Has my opponent committed enough to the board that using Brawl will, even in the event of the worst possible result, hinder my opponent’s effort to win and give me an edge in the game going forward?You also sometimes have to use it because you’ll just lose the game if you don’t and then you’ll lose a few turns later anyway, but mostly it’s what I said above. Making that determination only comes with experience.

Druid is a bigger problem. Way too much ramp and way too many tools to stall out the game until they hit one of several available win conditions in the current meta.

So I don’t think I can stomach this game enough in its current state to do more than complete my daily quests. Hitting Legend again is almost certainly out of the question. I am close to rank 4 and played a Shudderwock Shaman for the first time in awhile. I have to ask again. Why haven’t you nerfed that deck into oblivion?

I’ve had Hunter quests the past two days and I have only had to play three games to complete them. It’s good I haven’t had to play more than that because this meta is awful for any deck that isn’t super broken, and Kathrena Hunter isn’t broken.

I just gave Arena another try and it’s still laughable. Maybe I will try again in a few weeks when I need another cruel reminder of how awful the changes have been to what used to be my favorite aspect of Hearthstone.
