"Closed! We were un able to connect you to.."

Its been two weeks now and I haven't been able to play the game cause of this stupid message. "Closed! We were un able to connect you to battle.net at this time. Please try again in a couple minutes." Ive tried everything. Configuring my firewall, reinstalling the game, deleting the cache folder, checking to see if my router is on the right settings (I'm in a college dorm so all I could really do is check what I could from my computer.) It was working the first week I moved in here. Now it never works. Blizzard I know you are a company that cares about its fans. This is a great game and Id love to get back into playing it. Continually getting this message is very irritating cause this seems like a quick fix for you guys. Please help out with this. I'm not the only one having this problem.
