Any thoughts or help? I uninstalled and reinstalled Hearthstone and Battle.net, did not help. It worked yesterday :)
Hey Riddlen,

This can happen when another program is blocking Hearthstone. Make sure you are running the Blizzard app as Admin and if that doesn't work, try disabling or temporarily uninstalling any security programs or firewalls.
Thank you Zenlaka, I will check that!

Hi Zenlaka - I have the same problem, and have tried your proposed solution but no dice - are there any other identified causes or alternate solutions for this?
I also tried the admin and disabled my firewall and windows defender (in addition to adding Hearthstone to their exclusion lists) to no avail. Any thoughts?
Another common cause we've been seeing is a conflict with Citrix software. IF you have this installed, would recommend removing the program and testing. Past that we'll want to get a DxDiag report.
hi.. my status is offline.. thats wierd..

From what it looks like this has been causing issues with Unity in general. There's some info out there such as this one claiming that an older version may help if you need to have the program installed.
This was the problem for me as well. I tried everything no to now avail. Thanks for the heads up about Citrix. The problem is I need it for work as well. I hope there is a fix forthcoming!
