Mecha'thun Needs To Go

Play Mode Discussion
This might be the worst card designed yet for Hearthstone. The "joy" you feel when you're not even playing your opponent, you just watch them cycle through their deck at absurd speeds and there's nothing you can do to stop it because Dirty Rat is no longer in standard. Today for example I got back to back druid and priest drawing 10+ cards in a turn while I just watch and twiddle my thumbs. All they have to do is use one or two board clears and that's it, you have no chance of winning and worst there is no interaction either. If I wanted to play with myself, I'd just go to pornhub instead.

Yes, I'm whiny and salty about it...but I feel like I should be when the deck and card in particular lend itself to build a deck the exact opposite of what the experience is supposed to be about.
No mechathun deck is particularly strong right now. Mechathun druid and priest are both very "meh" and either inferior to other archetypes (priest) or just plain mediocre (druid).

You must be new to the game then.

Ah yes, of course OF COURSE! That's why Mecha'thun decks are some of the BEST Tier THREE (3) decks in the game!

No, wait... That's kinda crap.

At least you're honest about it.
And then the gods spoke:

"Dirty rat ez"

It isn't so much the winning or losing against the deck so much as just the point of it. It's a deck that's literally designed to have zero interaction with your opponent outside of a board clear here or there. It's like playing solitaire. I just don't understand why you'd design an online card game to play with others and then make a card that encourages the exact opposite. That's my frustration really, not so much whether it wins or loses.
Mecha'thun isn't so bad... It takes a bit of work to get him out, and you need specific combo pieces to get him off. These pieces vary due to his drawback. I personally prefer the Druid version, because I enjoy that you only need 3 slots taken up in your deck, and you want to make sure you can survive until you see those 3 cards. It puts an interesting twist on the game.

Besides, Mecha'thun Druid is more fun than anything.
