Can't purchase packs.

I get error 10200244.

I talked with the bank. They refuse the transaction because it doesn't deliver the CVV code.

First time i purchased a pack it asked the CVV, second time it didn't. I had to modify my limit for unsecured transaction for 1 day in order to complete other purchases of packs.

Fix the problem. Ask for CVV everytime, not just first time.
I am getting error 10200249, I tried verified Paypal, debt-credt card, and credit card. Never had problems with any of the three before.

Same here. The 10200249 error, as Freajka mentioned the first buy was ok, the second time the game didn't asked for the CW code, maybe that's the problem.

I get the same error as Heph, I use a visa and I can't buy, always the error 10200244. What can I do?
I am having the same problem (244 error). I have a AMEX pre load CC, one you actually apply for. I think the issue, if AMEX is denying the transaction, is that you guys don't ask for the security code when you ask for the card information (for AMEX cards it's the little 4-digit code just to the upper right of the actual card number and not to be confused with VISA/MC security codes which are 3-digits on the back of the card).
Same 10200244 error, from Brazil.
Tried with paypal, visa, nothing working on Battle.net. (Working on any other website)
What should I do?

Why cant we buy with paypal? Credit cards from brazil are not accepting that we buy in BRL (R$) in other country stores... Also, why cant blizzard charge in USD for brazil?
Please fix this blizzard, I want to buy some packs but there is no way around it...

I'm having the exact same problem, every time I update my payment information and it comes through all right, but when I try to purchase packs in-game, I get the same error as everyone else here.
Same error. Two different cards (One Visa Debit, the other Mastercard Credit). Both authenticated fine in battle.net. But resulted in Error 10200244 when trying to purchase the $2.99 2-pack through the in-game store, sometime between 10:10 - 10:20pm CST 10/30/2013. Feel free to peruse my acct info for location/logs.

I'm going to load the minimum amount of $10 to my acct & see if I can make an in-game purchase then.

*EDIT: The load failed as well on both cards. There's nothing wrong with the cards.

Error message: "An error has occurred. To complete this transaction, please contact Blizzard Customer Support. Alternatively, you may select another form of payment."
Hey so i have an Australian account and i have balance on my battle net account and a set payment option but still getting an error when trying to purchase cards or use arena.

i used my mastercard to buy the 40 pack and it worked fine
it now gives me that error code '10200244'

It's funny how there's 10 answers from Blizz in the "CAN'T PURCHASE" thread and no info about playful sprites for the last 5 days. Please, don't be so blunt? :p
My bank said same. Unless CVV is provided with transaction, there is no chance that it get proced any further.

Can,t just Blizz change so CVV is delivered everytime?
same issue here, i'm from brazil and i'm using visa, by the way one question... when the game releases the purchases will be lost? or we'll keep the cards ? ty
