I was thinking that his fish becomes Alarak's gauntlet as the handle and the blade being a red fish. Sep 18, 2018 Who/what would you like to see after the re-works? Personally I'm hoping for an evil World of Warcraft hero or Chen buffs/re-work. (Our drunk, fat panda needs some love.) Another twin character like Cho'Gall would be fun but better if you could split and play independently. The Emperor Twins or Eredar Twins would be an interesting concept. You play one character by itself or play both with a friend. Sep 18, 2018 Request for a skin theme/universe search feature. I have a rather simple request to make. I think my favorite thing about HOTS is the concept of the nexus and all the fun, crazy alternate versions we can have of our favorite characters. Over time, many of these have gravitated to common themes and have descriptions that place them within the same universe as other skins. Examples include the "reverse Stormrage universe" which switches the places of Ilidian and Malfurian, as well as related characters like Luna and Tyranda, the Mad Ax universe, the Star Princesses, a circus theme, etc. What I would like is for these various common-universe skins to be officially classified together with the ability for me to select each universe from a search bar or menu and see all of the skins of that universe together that have been released so far. I think this would enhance the fun and fantasy element of the game, and any skins that don't fit into a shared universe could simply be placed under a miscellaneous category.GoliathDwarf0 Sep 18, 2018

Sep 17, 2018 Bolvar Fordragon Hero Concept I made a very interesting (and pain to make) idea for Bolvar, basically he does a far more passive role but it is a meager one. To summarize, he is the core and sends Minions of the Scourge into a single lane to fight. Those minions are slightly buffed (nothing to game breaking, I promise you) and he can also buff them or his allies farther. Role: Support Key Words: Bushes, Nullification, Enabler, "Makes others do the job for him" Weak Against: Sustained DMG and Heals, Poking, Reveals Strong Against: High-octane DMG, Burst DMG and Healing Abilities: Curse (D) - Trait Enemy heroes hit by Mephisto's abilities are afflicted by curse. Cursed heroes deal 5% less damage and take 2% more damage. Stacks up to 5 Times and lasts 4 seconds. Hateful Ghost (Q) Mana: 30 Cooldown: 3s Sends out a long range slow moving ghost (white coloured "mist" like spirit) in a straight line, cursing the first hero hit. - Note: acts like Nazeebo's Toads in that it goes around obstacles Hell's Prophet (W) Mana: 50 Cooldown: 10s Duration: 5s Cast on an allied hero (not self) to increase their Spell Power by 5% per each stack of Curse Mephisto has, up to 25%. Poison Cloud (E) Mana: 70 Cooldown: 20s After 1.5 seconds of chaneling, Mephisto conjures poisonous gas around him, acting like a bush and slightly damaging and cursing enemy heroes inside every second. Durance of Hatred (R1) Mana: 100 Cooldown: 100s Duration: 4s Reveals all bushes in a massive area (similar to Azmodan's Q range) and causes their edges to become impassable, preventing heroes to enter or escape them. Sep 17, 2018 Map ideas I know this is a little off topic here, but I think it would be cool if they branched out and developed some 3v3 or 10v10 maps. One of the things that added good variety to the WoW arenas was 2s,3s, and 5s. Similarly the battle grounds had a good variety of sizes. SKILLS: Passive: Lightning Enchanted - Every time this hero receives non-periodic damage, release 4 bolts of charged lightning. (Q) Spiked Club - After a 1 second charge up, attack target and slow them by 50% for .75 seconds. Immobile during charge up. (melee range ability) (W) Flesh Wound - Activate to reduce incoming physical damage by 80% for 2 seconds. (E) Scurry - Increase movement speed by 100% for 3 seconds. Every 4th basic attack to Rakanishu knocks him back slightly while scurry is activated. Ultimates: (R) Tiny Spark - For 3 seconds gain 80 armor and store up all charges of Lightning Enchantment. Upon expiration release all received damage and stored charges of Lightning Enchantment at once. (R) Demon Hug- Gain 30 armor and jump on the target hero for 3.5 seconds. The target receives 300 damage over the duration and is silenced. You have no control over your hero for the duration and you are locked onto target. Possible Talents: (16) Hit and Run- If spiked club successfully hits a hero, reset the cooldown of scurry. Conclusion: Rakanishu does not do the majority of his damage through basic attacks, but by reflecting damage dealt to him through Lightning Enchantment. The long charge up time of Spiked Club incentivizes the player to move behind his/her target to secure to hit while also maximizing the potential of Lightning Enchantment. The passive style of dealing damage by tanking encourages a different style of play that focuses heavily on positioning and absorbing attacks. This also gives the enemy team an interesting choice... do they engage the hero and risk doing more damage to their own team in the long run? Sep 17, 2018 Li Ming wtf Hey Blizz, Now that you guys have nerfed ming to the point that she's no longer even a viable pick with the team built around her maybe it's time to return at least some of the damage potential she used to have? Calamity doing no damage to minions, was that really necessary? She has one of the lowest health pools in the game and requires hours of practice effectively use her skillshot only kit, why does she have one of the lowest win rates in the game?? Sep 16, 2018 Urzael, Harbinger of Death, when??? Pretty self explanatory. Urzael is seriously one of the best composed bosses in D3. Probably my favorite fight, and the best song you could possibly imagine from the OST. He would be pretty easy to implement I feel, and his diverse possible kit would make for a good tank. My idea for him would be basically copy pasting his abilities, but change a few things around. Urzael. Description of the hero: Urzael is a front line tank who charges his passive to properly engage on the enemy team with solid CC and damage. D - Demonic Intent: Urzael uses this is a resource in order to power his offensive engage, the bar will go up to 1000. Urzael gains Demonic Intent from taking damage, killing minions/heroes, and using his Fiery Swing. (He will NOT gain charges from attacking, thus forcing him to engage only at the right time, he can be stopped by not being focused during a team fight, thus destroying his CC capabilities and damage output.) Upon reaching 1000, Urzael has the choice to activate this ability to become engulfed in flames and deal 25% more damage, 20% armor and passively burn all around him, the bar will go down by 75 every second, and his other abilities become free to cast in this time. Q - Fiery Swing: Urzael swings his cannon in front of him with a 180 degree radius, at a medium range. This ability generates 100 Demonic Intent. (11 second cooldown; lowered by a talent pre-10) W - Blazing Leap: Urzael can pick a location within low-medium range of him and leap into the fray, once he lands he deals a ticking burn to all of the enemies hit and slows them slightly.(Maybe 10-20%) Costs 150 Demonic Intent, and can become a stronger slow at a higher level talent(13 or16) E - Slam: Urzael slams his immediate location dealing a small bit of damage to all around him, as well as stunning them. (You can talent at level 7 to give him a shield per enemy champion hit that will slowly deteriorate in order to force him to play aggressively for the few seconds he's shielded) Costs 200 demonic intent but refunds 50 per enemy hit, up to 150 refunded. R1: Cannon Ball: Urzael shoots a short ranged burst shot in front of him that leaves all enemies in his path weakened, dealing 40% less damage to everyone they attack for the next 7 seconds, while also doing a small bit of damage that will leave a dot as well. R2: Ceiling Shot(Could be called Hellfire as well, just using the ability names): Urzael fires his cannon upwards and causes debris to rain from above, it will target all enemies within his large ranged circle(Should cover about 35-40% of a lane) and will rain continually on random locations for the next 4 seconds) Just a thought, could use tons of work, but I would love to see Urzael, and hopefully this will at least set the foundation for him to be implemented within a year or two.Keidis0 Sep 16, 2018
Sep 15, 2018 [Hero Concept] Inarius and Lilith, Creators of Sactuary Inarius and Lilith, Creators of Sactuary Inarius was a great angelic warrior who was captured, Lilith was his demonic captor. Both had long awaited an opportunity to rebel against their kindred. Before long, the two joined forces and fell in love. In the Nexus, the two work together as a Specialist. [Combat Trait] Unlikely Partners (Active) Activating this skill will switch control from Inarius to Lilith or vice versa. (Passive) Inarius and Lilith are two separate entities who play together as one but have their own skills. Both spawn on the map at the same time and will always stay within a certain distance of each other (if the distance becomes too great then the one currently not being controlled will move closer to the other). By default they will use Basic Attacks against the same target but if one is set to attack one target and then control is swapped and the other is set to attack another they will attack the different targets until the first target being attacked is destroyed or gets out of range, they will then revert to default. If one of the two is killed then that one will be put on death timer while the other stays in play. When the death timer is over, the one that had died will revive next to their partner. If both die then the first to have died will revive in base and then the second will revive beside them. Inarius Inarius is a melee Warrior and a former advisor to the Angiris Council. [Q] Radiant Champion Inarius' wings burst into flames for a period of time. Each Basic Attack that Imperius preforms while in this state will cause all enemies within a radius around him to be damaged by a wave of fire. Each strike will also give Imperius a small damage absorbing shield that lasts for a short period of time. The shield stacks and the duration will be refreshed with each strike. [W] Earth's Fury After a brief delay, the ground at the targeted location will burst upwards, causing all enemies in the (small) area to be damaged and thrown into the air. They will be unable to use Basic Attacks, cast spells or move for a brief period of time while in the air. [E] Sphere of Protection Inarius wraps Lilith in protective sphere for a period of time, causing Lilith to receive no damage or be effected in any way by enemies while in the sphere. However, she will not be able to use Basic Attacks or cast spells (passive effects will continue). This ability can be reactivated in the duration to move Lilith to a targeted location. Lilith Lilith is a ranged Assassin and the daughter of Mephisto. [Q] Poison Blast Lilith fires a blast of poison in the targeted direction. The first enemy hit and any enemies within a small radius of the target will become poisoned, taking damage over time for a short period of time. Each Basic Attack that Lilith preforms against a poisoned target will extend the duration of the poison effect. [W] Burning Hatred The air around the targeted character ignites with a burst of green flames which deals damage to all enemies within a radius. If an allied hero or minion was targeted then they will gain increased Attack Speed for a short period of time. If an enemy hero or minion was targeted then they will receive increased damage from all sources for a short period of time. [E] Elusive Lilith first targets another character within a radius of her and then targets a location within a radius of that character. Lilith will then teleport to the targeted location and will face the targeted character, can go over obstacles. [R1] Connection to the Worldstone - Inarius Inarius channels the power of the Worldstone, causing enemies within a radius of him to gradually have their Movement Speed and Attack Speed decreased over time while in the area of effect. Lasts for a certain period of time. [R2] Connection to the Worldstone - Lilith Lilith channels the power of the Worldstone, causing the damage potential of all allies within a radius of her to be amplified while in the area of effect. Lasts for a certain period of time. [R3] Sanctuary Inarius and Lilith join together (at the location of the current one being controlled, spell cannot be used if one of them is dead) to create a large bubble where neither side can be damaged. Also if the enemy team has no one inside the bubble then they will not have vision of what's inside it or past it (works like a bush). Imagine 2 heroes who doesn't need to be together, but will still have some kind of synergy abillities when they are on the same team It doesn't have to be Inarius and Lilith, but 2 people which are close together in lore. The heroic idea Inarius and Lilith normally has 2 Heroics, but when they are together they have 1 more, which they share, and need to be together to use. Inarius and Lilith summons the Worldstone from Diablo 2, and the team and the enemy team, fights in the worldstone. Not a big place just a place were they have to fight and cannot leave. The team that wins the fight gets a buff that slightly increase dmg, hp and armor or something else. Sep 15, 2018 Wings of Flight Would it be possible for angels and other skins that contain wings to allow them to "mount" into a flight mode. Similar to the Arthas and Kerrigan skins from Halloween that allow them to use their wings to fly. The archangels should be able to use their wings but they can function just like normal mounting to remove any potential bonus. (Yes im aware it isn't near Christmas yet) He could make it rain fiery coals or presents, his health drain could be tinsel or a tangled mess of lights, the fear could look like a Evil Jack Frost face of some sort. W - Conversion / Sacrifice Conversion - Attacks target and makes target's next ability used in 3 seconds to damage their own team or heal the enemy team. Sacrifice - Attacks target dealing drastically more damage. E - Fist of the Heavens Smites the target with Heaven's Fist. Releases holy bolt towards the target's nearest ally. Toggles W to Conversion. Ultimates R - Last Rites Deals heavy damage to target after a delay. If target dies before delay expires, raises target to fight for the amount of time remaining on the delay. R - Fanaticism Gain Fanaticism, personal aura that increases movement speed and attack damage. All I know is I would main the heck out of them as they are great characters and something the game does not have yet. In game, she is slippery and able to do huge damage or heal, player need to smartly choose between two. *thing that maybe in talent* Trait: Biotic energy Instead of mana, Moira use Biotic energy to cast her healing ability. Biotic energy start off at 100 at the start of the game and deplete when casting any heal. Biotic energy will restore while Moria is out of combat, deal damage and refill back to 100 instantly at base. Basic attack: lock on and able to move while attacking (imaging Tassadar auto but moving won't stop the attack) Q: Biotic grasp: Left hand/ Right hand (no cool down) Player can switch Moria's basic attack to heal ally or damage enemy by press Q Left hand (Healing mist): cost - "x amount" of Biotic energy every 0.25 sec. Moira expends biotic energy to heal allies in front of her, player can right-click to lock on to an ally to provide heal in a long rectangular shape (imaging D.Va auto but longer and narrower) in front of her for "x amount" every 0.25 sec. Right hand (damage beam): no cost Moira fires a long-range beam weapon that deal "x amount" of damage overtime and steal "x amount" of enemies’ health after the beam connect to the same enemy for 1.5 sec. W: Biotic orb: healing orb/ damage orb/ *stationery orb* Press W one, two or *three* times to choose between different orb, the third/ "fourth* press will reset the rotation. One time - Healing orb: cost - "x amount" (I think may 25-50) of Biotic energy Moira launches a biotic sphere that healing ally nearby for "x amount" per 0.25 sec. Details: orb have a health bar but untargetable, health will transfer to nearby ally as heal, slow down while healing and can bounce off wall. Two time - Damage orb: no cost Moira launches a biotic sphere that damage enemy nearby for "x amount" per 0.25 sec. Details: orb have a health bar but untargetable, health will transfer to nearby enemy as damage, slow down while damaging and can bounce off wall. *Three time* - *stationery orb* : low cost (like may 10-15 idk) of Biotic energy Moira place a stationery orb that heal ally and damage enemy for "x amount" per 0.25 sec in an area. Details: orb have a smaller health bar then the other two and untargetable, health will transfer to nearby ally as heal and enemy as damage. E: Fade - no cost Moira quickly dash a short distance, gain invulnerable during dash's travel time. R1: Coalescence (long cool down and require at least 1 Biotic energy to cast) Moira channels a long-range beam that both heals allies for "x amount" per 0.25 sec and damage her enemies for "x amount" per 0.25 sec in front of her for 4 sec. (Same lock on and move system like D.va auto, same width but maybe around 2/3 lane long) Moira movement speed increase (idk around 30%?) during the cast time. Coalescence won't affect the number of Biotic energy R2: Gives and Takes (long cool down and require at least 1 Biotic energy to cast) Moira unleash all her Biotic energy to provide "x amount (base)" of heal to allies in a circle around her and increase "x amount (bonus)" base on the number of Biotic energy. Can recast the ability within 6 sec to unleash "x amount" of damage around her. (50% burst, 50% damage overtime) My thought behind this, I think she should be one of the hardest support in game since she require a good management of when to heal or do damage in Overwatch. Why damage overtime? Since she's still a support, her damage in HOTS sure not be like a mage, maybe a bit higher that Whitemane, so most of her damage skill is damage overtime and mainly use for refill Biotic energy. Why use the D.Va auto system? It keep Moria's slipperiness and make her heal require good positioning and team work. R2? It is inspire by her Overwatch in game emote with the same name, imaging the dream combo: 100 Biotic energy - R2 big team heal - walk into enemy team - R2 damage -dash out - back to 100 Biotic energy and keep healing your team. Trait: static discharge - Thaddius pulses lighting each time he is attacked by an enemy hero dealing (x amount of damage) to enemies around him. This effect can’t happen more than once every .75 seconds Q: shockwave - Thaddius stomps the ground in front of him dealing (x amount of damage) to enemy’s and knocking enemy heroes up for .5 seconds. W: magnetic link - Thaddius links himself to an enemy hero for 4 seconds reducing the enemy heroes armor by 5%. This affect is increased the further the hero gets from thaddius to a maximum of -25% E: Sprint - after a .5 second charge up Thaddius increases his speed by 30% for 5 seconds. R1: Magnetic field - Thaddius super conducts himself causing him to pull in enemy heroes towards him from all sides. (This effect is roughly a -30% movement speed) R2: Stalagg and Feugen - summon Stalagg and Feugen. Each does 100 damage Each attack and has 2000 health. Sep 14, 2018 Corruptor Probius I was thinking at first what if Probius was a beholder, flying around as a eye ball pew pew-ing people with eye lasors. Then I thought, what if he was a Corruptor. Think about it he's flying around shooting those zerg blobs at people, the Pylon could be a zerg could be an infested pylon and the cannon could be a spore crawler. Sep 14, 2018 Hey Blizz! Catch this Illidan rework! Stats Basic Attack damage increased from 78 (+4% per level) to 87 (+3% per level). Base Maximum Health increased from 1650 (+4% per level) to 1733 (+3,75% per level). Health Regeneration increased from 3,44 (+4% per level) to 3,6104 (+3,75% per level). Maximum Health at level 20 didn’t changed. Abilities Dive (Q) Range increased from 5.5 to 6.0 meters. Damage increased from 66 (+4% per level) to 69 (+3% per level). New functionality: Dive deals double damage if you hit the same target twice in 9 seconds. Now, a Mark will show the last enemy hit within 9 seconds, in order to help the player (exactly like Rite of Rak’Shir for Alarak). Dive damage has been reduced from 145 to 125 at level 20 (or 250 if you hit twice the same target) Sweeping Strike (W) Damage increased from 119 (+4% per level) to 125 (+3% per level). Basic Attack bonus damage reduced from 35% to 20%. Basic Attack damage at level 1 is the same with Sweeping Strike bonus as now. Sweeping Strike damage has been reduced from 261 to 225 at level 20. Evasion (E) Now, can also be casted during Dive and Sweeping Strike animation. (As Artanis can use Phase Prism during Blade Dash). Most important change. Now, a circle similar to Sweeping Strike circle will show the duration of Evasion at the right of hero’s portrait. The amount of damage will be shown at the end of Evasion. Metamorphosis (R1) Can now be self-cast. Damage reduced from 46 (+4% per level) to 37 (+4% per level). Bonus HP per each hero hit changed from 200 (+4% per level) to 12% of your current maximum health. This change on Metamorphosis isn’t a up, it gives the same amount of HP. (Except if you used the new talent level 13). New functionalities: Metamorphosis deals 37 (+4% per level) damage for each enemy Hero hit up to 185 (+4% per level) instead of 46 (+4% per level) damage for all enemy. Metamorphosis removes damage over time. As long as Metamorphosis is activated, increases your Attack Speed by 10%. Now, you can press R once again to cancel Metamorphosis earlier. The Hunt (R2) Now, has unlimited range. Cooldown increased from 100 seconds to 120 seconds. Damage reduced from 251 (+4% per level) to 167 (+4% per level). New functionality: If no other Heroes are within 9 range of the victim, increases the damage by 50% and reduces its cooldown by 20 seconds. Damage and cooldown aren’t changed if you hit an isolated Hero. Betrayer’s Thirst (Trait) Physical Damage heal for 30% of damage dealt and Basic Attacks reduce Ability Cooldowns by 1 second. “10.000 years of hatred” Baseline Quest added !Quest: Minion kills grant 0,1 Basic Attack Damage. !Quest: Mercenary kills (except Boss) grant 0,25 Basic Attack Damage (neutral or enemy). !Quest: Hero Takedowns and Mercenary Boss grant 0,5 Basic Attack Damage. !Reward: Each time you gain 3 Basic Attack Damage bonus, increases the duration of Sweeping Strike’s bonus damage by 0,2 second up to 1 second. !Reward: After gaining 30 increased Basic Attack Damage, grants a second charge of Sweeping Strike. No fighting against each other. Instead their Base are getting invaded by Minions. (heavy invades by time). The team which lasts longer wins. Sep 12, 2018 My N'zoth Idea (reposted idea) N’Zoth, the Corruptor Core Hero 1 – Stats N’zoth is just the core. It shares the core’s damage, health, and shielding. 2 – Trait and Unique Abilities Trait – The Corruptor: Enemy Heroes who take damage from any of N’zoth’s abilities are given stacks of Corruption, stacking indefinitely. N’zoth can use the 1, 2, 3 and 4 keys to detonate his stacks of Corruption for different effects. These abilities all share a 3 second cooldown. In addition, every 2 Corruption used on enemy Heroes summons a Mindless One at their location. Mindless Ones attack nearby enemies (prioritizing Heroes) for 5 damage every second, cannot be attacked, and explode in a 3-radius area after 5 seconds for an additional 10 damage. Mindless Ones deal 100% more damage to non-Heroes. Mindless One attacks do not apply Corruption, but their explosions do. 1: Summon Servants: N’zoth sacrifices up to 10 corruption stacks on an enemy Hero. Each Corruption stack used gives vision of the enemy Hero and a radius of 2 around them for 2 seconds and summons a Mindless One. 3 second cooldown. 2: Whispers of the Deep: N’zoth consumes up to 20 corruption stacks on an enemy Hero, causing them to be silenced and rooted for .1 seconds for each Corruption used. Every 5 Corruption used summons a Mindless One. 3 second cooldown. 3: Tendril’s Grasp: N’zoth crushes the enemy hero with tendrils, dealing 1% of their maximum health in damage for every stack of Corruption used, up to 20. Every 4 Corruption used summons a Mindless One. 3 second cooldown. 4: Empower: The next use of Tendril’s Grasp, Whispers of the Deep, or Summon Servants has its Corruption cap increased to 50. If 50 Corruption stacks are unavailable on the current Hero, Corruption will be used from other enemy Heroes. 90 second cooldown. 3 – Basic Abilities Q – Create Tendril: Create a Tendril with 2500 health at the target location with unit radius 1. Tendrils can be placed anywhere on the map, except for within 15 units of a standing enemy fort or keep, or the core. Every 3 seconds, the tendril will lash out at the nearest enemy within 6 range (prioritizing Heroes) for 150 damage and splash for 60 damage in a large area. Tendrils take 100% increased damage from Heroes. (3 charges. 15 second recharge time. Maximum of 12 tendrils.) W – Power of Darkness: Corrupt allied minions in a 6-unit wide area. Corrupted minions have their damage increased by 2% per second until killed and grant a stack of corruption when they attack enemy Heroes. Corrupted minions spawn a Mindless One when they die. This ability does not stack. (20 second cooldown). E – Enclosing Void: After 1 second, blanket an 18-unit diameter area with void energy that deals 20 damage every .25 seconds for 3.75 seconds. Every 3rd tick of damage on an enemy Hero grants a stack of corruption on that Hero. In addition, every tick reduces the diameter of Void Blast by 1 but increases its damage by 4. Void Blast’s final tick of damage applies 5 stacks of corruption, and the damage is quintupled if it hit at least 10 Heroes. (15 second cooldown). 4 – Heroics R – To Ny’alotha: Channel for 5 seconds. After the channel completes, all elements of the Battleground are placed into Time Stop (Structures, Objectives, Minions, etc.) and all Heroes are revived, have all cooldowns reset, given full Health and Mana, and teleported to Ny’Alotha. Ny’alotha is a 20 unit by 20-unit square, separate from the battleground. N’zoth is unable to use any abilities while To Ny’Alotha is in effect. After 10 seconds, all elements of the battleground unfreeze, and the status and position of all Heroes are reverted to the way they were at the end of the channel of To Ny’alotha. Any Enemy Heroes who died during To Ny’alotha instantly die. Any remaining enemy Heroes are given 5 corruption. (180 second cooldown). R – Servant of the Deep: Select a dead allied Hero. The Hero is revived after 3 seconds at the point of your mouse cursor, for the duration of the time remaining on their death timer. While revived in this manner, the Hero is unable to cast any of their normal abilities. Instead, the Hero has 7.5 attack range and attacks for 200 damage. Each basic attack applies a stack of corruption. They also gain the ability Cursed Wave on their Q key, which sends out a large arc of water in front of them that deals 400 damage and applies 1 stack of corruption, with a 3 second cooldown. The Hero cannot be killed during Servant of the Deep. Instead, every 50 damage taken reduces the damage dealt by the Servant of the Deep by 1%, up to 80%. When Servant of the Deep ends, the Hero’s death timer is reduced to half of what it when the ultimate was used. Sep 12, 2018 Matching Colors for Skins and Themed Abilities Maybe it's just me but I find it a bit annoying that the different color variations of skins that have themed abilities don't change the color of the ability particle effects to match the specific color your hero is using. For example, there are 3 Deathfang skins for Genji: red, blue and green. However, all 3 variants use red particle effects for the themed abilities. I'd love to see each skin variant have the abilities use the corresponding color. So the red skin would have red ability particle effects, the blue skin would use blue effects etc. This specific example is especially vexing considering it's a Legendary skin. It just seems to me that skins that rare/expensive should call for that extra bit of effort to make them just right. I know that would be quite a task to go back and alter the colors of all the heroes that have skins like that but even just designing future skins (especially the Legendary ones) that way would be appreciated. Sep 12, 2018 Belial, Lord of Lies [*NOT CDC 6*] Belial, Lord of Lies, comes to the nexus as a deceptive and versatile melee specialist weak in direct combat but with a multitude of dangerous tricks up his sleeve. ... ... ... ... ... ... Belial is an extremely fragile (think Genji) specialist with two play-styles corresponding to his choice of ultimate. He begins the game with access to a relatively weak/low damage/long CD set of abilities that focus on deceiving and harassing enemies. Deceiver Ambush (E) can be used to control mercs and harass enemies who would try to take them, or it can act as a 'stealthy' way to send a pushing force to do some damage to enemy structures. Burning Lies (Q) offers a source of sustain, a bread and butter damage ability for pushing and poking, and a way to discourage aggression. Elusive Retaliation (W) gives him a way out when he's confronted with a fight he can't win. If he takes Lord of Lies at level 10, he can double down on this deceptive style by making the strength of his allies his own. On the other hand, if he takes Lord of Hell he beefs up his damage and health to become a more hands-on fighter with an ultimate that turns him into a real engine of destruction. All of his true form abilities require timing to land, but his higher damage breath and slam are both gated behind long, locked-in cast times. If he wants to get the most damage out of his ultimate he needs to commit to a high-risk high-reward ability, and he probably won't get more than one or two chances to land it. On the other hand, if he's feeling less ballsy he can always let loose a barrage of low damage meteors to soften up his enemies. Finally, he can always just use his huge body as a living wall to trap opponents; but even with armor he's squishy as hell. Thanks for reading! P.S.
