When making heroes Blizzard considers popularity as a factor, the amount of hype the hero generates and it's bankability.I think Al'akir is too popular to make just a skin. It's the only Elemental Lord other than Ragnaros to be both a raid boss and a standard set Hearthstone card. Plus wind and fire don't act at all similar, I can't imagine wind versions of most of Ragnaros's kit.Neptulon is another story. I second that war marchine skin idea but I highly doubt they will bring any more dwarves soon though they will probably add a female dwarf like moira eventually. My reason is A. We have so many races not represented in game yet and many who only have 1 of that race let alone two. B. If you look at the skins of falstad and muradin you'll see they did a bunch of clans and important dwarf skins with them, like dark iron dwarves, magni and vandarr.That being said we do have like 6 orcs in the game so who knows what blizzard is thinking. I would also very much like a long rifle wielding dwarf.

We have an all male Protoss roster so seeing a female Protoss would be great. I've seen people post about Vorazun as a melee assassin but that wouldn't be very fun with Zeratul being already that. What does sound fun is having a stealth healer that gets increased heal or mana regeneration when stealth.Vorazun in coop mode has corsairs so their cloud of anti attack could be nice ultimate. I always assumed they would do a Neptulon, the Water Lord type of skin for him. Altering his lava wave into a blue version and such.

After seeing a draenei enter the Nexus I was saddened to see she did not come with an Elekk mount as that was a personal dream of mine especially the Great Exarch's Elekk, the draenei paladin mount.
