Remove the auto cast level 20 talent, and move the slow to 20.Easy nerf that doesnt gut an ability.

Mephistos ultimate issue is the result of 2 things1. It's overtuned, as it applies a slow, reveals and does massive damage to the entire enemy team, basically being unavoidable unless you have specific high value ultimates on your team2. At level 20 it gets the ability to cast again on kill.I honestly feel it's a bit to strong at the moment, and the best course of action is remove the cast again upon kill, because from my knowledge, these abilities in other moba's are mostly used to secure kills. The only part of the ability i really hve an issue with is the reset on kill stuff.That's what probably has QM crowd up in arms, as that type of ability is mostly useful for 2 things, picking up kills on enemies that almost escape, and vision. Karthus, Nu Wa, Zeus all also have similar abilites in LoL, Smite, and Dota, and i don't really hear many negative things about them.

Blizzard in basically every single game they own, does stuff based on how they feel. I honestly think they just ignore their community in most cases unless the outcry is huge, or it is directly eating into their sales.
