What do you want them to say? They can't just spawn players out of thin air.The game has completely died out in the minor regions. It's done, finished. There are only a few dozen people playing the game on those servers as evidenced by multiple threads, reddit posts etc. on queue times.The only servers with high enough populations for regular queue times are now EU and US (and the latter is struggling outside peak hours).

Those Nova clips are sketchy at best. And I am commenting only on the Nova clips. He doesn't look like a hacker. Nova already showed herself before going in the FoW, I have seen countless scouting abilities hitting stealthies in the fog.Her Q also has a long windup. In fact I seem to remember that you're entire party was hit by the penalty when it first came outNope, after preseason (s1 and s2) you only got QM penalty for dodging, no ranking points lost. That is if you logged out during the draft. I dodged quite a few awful looking HL games (like nova+murky+abathur+vikings) and lost zero points for them. But very rarely. Good to know the point loss is back.

The worst thing is when this happens with Kerrigan. 9 times out of 10 you land the combo just fine, then every now and then, Impaling Blades wont be cast even if you pressed it.Even worse is when you use Divine Palm and it doesn't register. You frantically hit R a few more times and nothing happens. Your teammate dies and blames you. I have quick cast enabled, my ping to the server is low. It is infuriating.
