I had this issue today. Scan & Repair solved it.

Even though I've reported this bug a while back, it hasn't been addressed or added to the Known Issues list.The Butcher loses his Onslaught target once Hamstring is used.https://youtu.be/-WLAMTkNMLkIn the video, The Butcher keeps hitting Arthas after using Onslaught, but once Hamstring is used he proceeds to attack the nearby minions instead.Having even a single Butcher basic attack wasted this way can mean a huge difference in a fight.

Also, it seems that Artanis only stops attacking after you use the A command on the field. When you right-click a target it doesn't happen.This inconsistency alone should point out that it's a bug.

Wow. I didn't know about this but it truly makes no sense. It should stack somehow.

I've reproduced this and it seems to only be a display bug. While it does only display 16%, both on the ability tooltip and near the portrait, the actual damage and healing still get a 24% increase.

Ability Power should increase healing numbers as well, but Drain Life's remain unaffected after picking the talent.

It only increases the damage but not the healing.The fact that Darkness Within got fixed proves that Ability Power is intended to increase Drain Life healing.Now Hunger for Power needs to be fixed as well.
