Here is a prime example. Khodjakov#1327 was playing a gazlowe and ended the game holding onto 16 gems when we had 41 turned in but refused to turn in. I asked him nicely repeatedly, then in all caps. He asked if the all caps was necessary and I said if you turned in it wouldn't be. He then decided to hang out in the sanctuary and type for about a minute to explain how his numbers were awesome and how he has the most xp contribution.
