QM's matchmaking needs to be addressed

General Discussion
Player inadequacy seems to be the go-to excuse for lopsided matches. This is absolutely true some of the time, but definitely not all of the time.

For one, it's abundantly clear that this game's matchmaking is far from perfect -- Blizzard seems to have trouble deciding between balance and convenience. Fair matches shouldn't be so consistently black or white. There needs to be nuance.

This should not happen, period. I don't care if you're winning, zero challenge equates to an utterly pointless competitive game.

Now obviously the keyword in QM is "quick," but an average queue of ten seconds (for me, anyhow) resulting in matches that merely require one team to beat their keyboards like cavemen is a clear failure of matchmaking.

Blizzard needs to learn that people, in general, are not infants. We can stand to wait longer than a fraction of a minute for something good and challenging. Most of us prefer a fair loss than an unfair victory.

This game is simple enough as it is. There are few things a team can do to pull themselves out of a slump during a match. When the game pits you against enemies that counter you, it has effectively negated its inherent purpose.

If this isn't fixed in some way, I can guarantee this game will die out sooner than expected.

What fun.

You have no idea what a fair loss looks like.

Players at your level are incapable of seeing the underlying reasons for wins or losses. You cannot feel the ebb and flow, how the balance of power shifts as the game progresses.

All you have is a weak superficial understanding of the game, nowhere near enough to judge "fairness".
QM is cancer

Be honest, you were rock hard when you edited in that last bit.
you guys are lightweights. Try playing a match where you get maybe 3 TKs, and they get 25.
currently the mm is the WORST its ever been... worse than even open beta.

it might as well be random. instant ques ARE BAD! I would gladly wait 10 mins for a decent game, let alone a good game. now they are ALL HORRIBLE!
A couple of patches before, I noticed that the game would pair me with another team with similar comps (meaning: if we got 2 specialist, then the oponents would have 2 specialists, and so on...) now you can have 5 specialists against 5 assasins... as the Kazoo kid said:

Just make the people writing the QM algorithm to play 5 QM every day and the problem would be solved real quick.

Would be better than the current Russian roulette.

Not that I doubt you and all, but the times at the top on the 3 are;

9:24 PM
10:46 PM
11:06 PM

With a 1 hour + first game gap it makes it hard to trust what you said, and take this seriously after this.

Most of the rest of this I somewhat agree with, but it does seem like you where trying to cherry-pick games that proved you predetermined conclusion from the start.

I had a match tonight that pitted our team against a Cho with two healers.

Needless to say, it was almost impossible to kill him by level 20.
This one was a milestone of crap: http://imgur.com/JOddAgU

Literally lasted ten minutes. We couldn't even touch their towers.
