Kylo would resist it with the force, there's no chance of that happening.

And then he’ll make a sandwich with the force and watch a movie with the force, seriously Disney has made the force into a competely different ability from George Lucas’ Starwars

Kylo's abilities:
- Pretty good with a lightsaber
- Fairly strong telekinesis and telepathy thanks to the force
Arthas' abilities:
- Infinite undead army
- the ability to mentally dominate the dead and control them
- Immensely powerful sword that devours souls
- General deathnight abilities like frost and unholy except many times stronger

If so i have a few that would take him down no problem.

First to come to mind being
Malthael, he wouldnt be able to even hit him.

Kerrigan , the power of her "rebirth queen of blades" or even xel naga is well beyond what kylo rend would be able to handle.

-Kylo Ren defeated the red guard AND snoke who are some of the strongest people in the galaxy. He would have no problems taking care of undead
-Kylo can mentally dominate and control too, but Arthas only restricts it to undead which Kylo can take care of with ease
-Arthas' sword would get cut in half by a lightsaber
-The darkside powers can be probably stronger than the abilities you listed for Arthas.

-Kylo killed Snoke with a sneak attack, he didn’t confront Snoke directly. Kylo is shown to be about even with Rei, and Snoke was tossing her around like a rag doll. The real trick was tricking Snoke’s mind reading long enough to do it which while impressive, has no bearing on the fight. Kylo is not stronger than Snoke, not even close. Kylo only took on the red guard with Rei’s help. Alone he would’ve died.

-Where did get the information that frostmorne would be cut in half? There’s no way to know that. Frostmorne is an enchanted sword and much tougher than a normal one.

-Kylo couldn’t handle the undead because there is an infinite number of them. There is no limit to the amount of undead and Val’kyr Arthas can summon. Kylo would be overwhelmed eventually.

-At the end his raid fight, Arthas revealed he was toying with everyone and froze the whole group instantaneously. I don’t think the dark side has anything to combat Arthas removing Kylo’s ability to fight back and either cutting him in half or letting him die of hypothermia.
