Friends are uninstalling because of match making

General Discussion
We just had 3 games in a row that were under 13minutes.

We were 4+ levels behind.

We queued with 2 supports and a specialist. What did Blizzard give us? TWO MORE SPECIALISTS.

And we were against a perfectly balanced team.

The real kick in the nutsacks was jumping over to Overwatch and having a game. 5/6 players on the opposition team EACH had more experience than our entire team combined. Another super fun game.

What is Blizzard doing with their matchmaking? Can you honestly claim that there is any?

I know we just uninstalled HOTS after this trash.
Well yesterday I was matched with someone who had been playing hots for a grand total of 1 day. I've been playing this game for over a year.
its not just matchmaking, its the foreign speakers who also cause an issue, always feeding, not wanting to go to objs, poorly executed "WTF MOMENT" seekers ruining the matches
You are lucky to get 1 competitive match for every 10 played. The other 9 are total stomps in which one team can't even kill a fort.

Basically this.
This is a problem indeed, new players should be placed in bronze 6.
They should have just waited until more comics and Dark Nexus skins are released. I bet when the second issue of the comic hit the shelves the game will be so much better.
I also like how one team tends to have all the cc in the world while the other team doesn't.

Yeah sure.

Blizzard: Guys, the game is failed hard, people keep leaving it, what to do?

Smartassdeveloper#1: Let's start silencing half of the playerbase for nonsense reasons!

Incompetentdeveloper#2: LORE! let's release some random comics, that sure save the game!

Community: How about fixing the issues that are here since beta? Like matchmaking, reconnect, performance issues, broken balancing, broken maps, broken gamedeseign.

Guess which one of them is ignored completely?
Had to unistall too, to avoid another stroke.
Pretty sure they have changed/broken something, QM games seem to be more unbalanced than ever skill wise. In my last 40 games I've won 11. Out of the wins 1 was a close game 10 were diamond/master team mates vs bronze/silver players. Out of the losses maybe 3 were close games, the rest bronze/silver team mates vs diamond/master players.
The majority of games go like this: one team wins every lane, every obj, gets 40 kills, while the other team can't get a fort, is 5+ levels behind, gets <5 kills.
Blizzard gives GM accounts to the devil. And you've been naughty.

EDIT: From what i understand they assign system values for a specific hero winrate at 100%. That would cause assigned losses by the system. Just... Gossip.
I get a snowball match in 1/10 games. For me, it's not that common. Maybe it's the QM mmr you're at?
i just finished a game where..

my team:

gazlowe
murky
zarya
leoric
malfurion

their team:

kael’thas
illidan
nova
dehaka
ana

how does that even happen? it was a painful 15 minute game where we had 2 kills to their 32 and 17 of those were our leoric and malf left halfway through which i dont blame him
wall-o-stupidity

Nobody cares about your QM woes. MoBA's are meant to be drafted. Idc if your match with murky nova and ana wasn't balanced.

This guy knows what he's talking about. He quits the game regularly sending Activision the powerful massage that he will boycott their game... for eight hours... while he's sleeping... and log in immediately after he wakes up. But trust me they notice. Bravo sir.
What's really the problem here?
You are just mad you lost a few matches and then blame it on hero compositions and call it out as "bad matchmaking" because that's how you get the likes here..
The problem is that you don't know how QM works and therefore have wrong expectations which leads to your disappointment.
Your options:
- Pick good combos for QM when playing with friends if you want to win so badly.
- Play draft modes because games like this are actually designed to be played with a draft.
- Quit the game - sounds like the easiest way for you guys :D

I don't know about other players, but for me a good game is one where both teams put up a helluva fight and had a reasonable chance to win. Far too many matches lately have been stomp-or-be-stomped, either due to team comps(typically specs =/= assassins) or player skill disparity.

Nobody should need to run a cheese comp or switch game modes to have fun. All game modes should be viable for a player to have fun in.

It's a fact that all game modes are viable for a player to have fun. Still different game modes offer different things and it really depends on the players how they can have fun. Not everyone finds the same things funny so obviously these players should pick the mode that suits them the best.
You know in advance when you queue up for QM that's it's some sort of gambling because it's clear that one team can have a better composition and you are willingly taking that risk when you want to play QM. That means you are up for the challenge. I've won plenty of matches where the hero compositions of my team was looking bad. Do you really think all these complaining players know how to judge hero compositions? Do you really think players analyse these QM games so well that it's clearly the hero compositions fault if they lose like they played it perfectly but it's the game that makes them lose? Maybe these players just sucked and don't know how to play as a team and adapt to uncommon circumstances. Maybe it would be totally different on another map... I can have fun in QM because i like the challenge but i don't expect to experience some high quality competitive matches there because it makes absolutely no sense to do that.
If you want to experience more standardized/competitive matches then you have to play draft modes. You know you can switch between modes depending on your mood, you don't have to stick with one.
Someone has to provide losers with good experiences so they stay. Let's take the high score players.
