Who do you think needs a rework?

General Discussion
To me, all heroes are in a pretty good state for the game right now (except for Chen, but his case is pretty well-known).

Who do you think needs a rework (again, except for Chen)? Either just a talent rework or a gameplay AND talent rework like Raynor and Azmodan just received.
Tassadar needs a rework because his shield can't even stand up to a pebble, his hp is so low, and overall he just feels weak in most situations.
i wanna say rehgar.. but i really like the recent buffs (thanks blizz!). maybe rework his bloodlust? its just like a slightly better Inspire (debateable, doesnt work on minions, long CD etc)

Yeah BL does need changed up a bit like make it also cause cooldowns to recover 30% quicker so it feels like actual BL.
Junkrat and Lucio need an entire talent tree rework.

Just for my curiosity, what makes you think this?
In general I am critical of reworks, especially when they change a hero and end up changing the way the game is played generally. The specialist changes fall here imo. But there are some characters that I feel could use some healthy changes.

Tassadar I agree could use some changes. They can never seem to get him right. He is either too niche or too meta.

Cassia is also on my list. She just falls off at the late game. She needs more options to be competitive in a late game scenario. Her ball ult needs to do more damage for how easy it is to cancel. And titan’s revenge at twenty should plainly just reduce armor. Her martial law talent basically only applies giant killer when enemies are cc’d. These are just very weird talents that are not very helpful imo.

So what you say is she could use a bit more utility at 20 rather than only damage options, and I agree.
And yeah, Titan's revenge is basically Executioner and Giant Killer together, which indeed sounds weird lol
Garrosh: either he is a tank or he is an assassin. Choose because he does too much damage to go along with his cheesy skills while being impossible to kill without armor reduction talents.

Varian: Solos bosses. Nobody should be able to solo bosses.
The Lost Vikings should be at the top of the list imho, when was the last time Blizzard looked at them or made any changes?
Blizzard.

Rework them to realise Specialists are good for the game and something to be valued instead of trashed.
She wasn't released to long ago but D.Va could seriously use a rework.

Man, I remember when people were saying Garrosh doesn’t do any damage. Now, he does too much?
Also, rexxar, butcher stacked, MANY supports, new raynor. Hell, deckard cain(slowly) the Vikings with enough macro, and tracer and Lúcio can solo bosses.

Note rexxar can do it incredibly early as wel.

Gazlowe can solo bosses if played correctly. So can Rexxar.

As for Garrosh? Erm, what? He can't wave clear to save his life. His only real damage comes from auto attacks or taking decimate (moderate burst at best) which is not really taken because AoE taunt.
Really....no one says Illidan? Lol
TLV could get an update to face the new breed of solo laners.
Abathur's locusts to be a great push opportunity once again.
Probius and Rexxar to be more relevant in TFs.
I don't know if illidan needs new numbers /a rework/ or genji, tracer and late game zeratul to be lessened compared to him.
BankofTanks - off topic, but I gotta ask...

How is Sgt. Hammer not your main/avatar?
