Game is a SJW heaven . It is a socialist communist game by design where to be average is ok . Stopped playing this trash long ago. I hate social justice warriors who ruined countless games :( Blizzard will not see a penny from me.

Yeah I don't know why I keep holding out hope they are going to scrap this highly abused reporting system...
I received a suspension e-mail titled, "Heroes of the Storm - Account Action Notification" and there was nothing, in the actual e-mail body itself.

I mean, I know you guys silence/suspend, for the dumbest reasons, but a blank e-mail? You couldn't even come up with a fake reason? LOL

As one of the oldest and most loyal fans of blizzard who has played every single game and paid insane amounts of money and time on Blizzard games, HotS finally managed to turn me against one of my previously favorite gaming companies.

I got banned 5 days after my previous ban has been removed for "toxic" chat and this time for a month. Yeah I was toxic and i got pissed off, the game design pushes you to be toxic, being a heavily team dependent game and horrible matchmaking, I never get toxic on my other games. Also I really didn't get any chance to be really toxic, it was just a few games and I say things like "useless team" or "idiots". Getting banned for that as a player who has been playing since Alpha and paid hundreds of dollars on this game, also right after a previous ban?

It just feels disrespectful and lacks any regard for loyal customers, I can't even send an appeal for the ban because the the link is broken or something.

I don't intend to play this game again even after the ban is lifted and I have also deleted ever other blizzard game I have and will not spend any more money on blizzard games.

So keep catering to cry babies and casuals Hots team while you lose your more devoted player base who actually spend money on your games.

Learn some self-control.

Bye.

Self-control would be deleting this game and all blizzard titles to escape their addictive designs.
Just so you know the report system is back up. Youll have to send a picture of your ID.

I suggest just spamming the online chat whenever you arent doing anything lol. Demand a refund for your account, tell them the report system is trash.
so glad everybody is finally finding out what some of us have been saying for a long time.

Blah blah blah! “I pay money so I should be allowed to yell at people in my games!!!”

You sound like a spoiled child, by the way, did you know children play this game too? You probably swear at them all game.

Get off you high horse and stop acting like a jackass in game.
How much money youve spent or how long youve been around is not an excuse for being a jerk.

See this is where we’re at as a community right now.

People who turn off chat for fear of having their account banned.

People who report for “no one tells me how to play” or lost games instead of actual troublemakers.

Good players are silenced/banned resulting in further toxicity.

This has gone on for months and for all Blizzard’s talk of “#MHGA (Make Hots Great Again)” and fixing the reporting system, it’s achieved entirely the opposite result.

People are leaving, queue times are through the roof, toxicity is worse than League and even Overwatch at this point. It’s gone from bad to worse and there’s 0 indication that it will improve.

Meanwhile, there are frankly idiotic reworks (Chromie, Garden of Terror) that completely break the hero/map in question and make it not worth playing.

But hey, at least HGC gets views, right?

Blizzard needs to wake the hell up and invest in this game again. Maybe a change in leadership would be a nice catalyst to get some new ideas in. Because as it stands, we’re effectively bashing our heads into a brick wall and doing nothing productive.

I cosign this 100%. This is pure nonsense and the developers are killing the game.

No one wants to hear/read others non-constructive negative opinion during the matches.

Don't lump me in with you. I'm ok with my teammates having some drama with each other. Makes the game more interesting.

As for the reporting system - it's too vague and open to interpretation. It could be fixed very easily by giving you 1 report every day, up to a maximum of 3. Then at least you couldn't spam it every single time someone talked to you.
im glad nba 2k and black ops 4 is coming out. until they fix hots

so glad everybody is finally finding out what some of us have been saying for a long time.

The problem early on (and for a long time), was all of the fanboys, who would downvote and drowned out anyone who had anything negative to say, on these forums.

A blank e-mail is more respectable than the cookie-cutter response they normally deliver.

It's purely automated but they insert some tidibit along the lines "After a thorough investigation..." --- what a joke!
Okay, first off I believe you say and do a lot more than what you are telling us here.

I'm a toxic person, I am pretty competitive and when someone does something which I pinged or warned about or explained why they shouldnt do something in a polite way and they die and i say something like i tried to warn you and they reply with a 'meh, its just a game' i get triggered, I'll be honest with that.

Anyways, the reason I brought that up I've been playing since closed Alpha, closed beta, open beta, full release, 2.0 and on and never once been banned. I've been warned maybe twice and both times were a giant red flag that I need to just join in, mute my team and play my best.

Second, the HotS team is the worst department of the Blizzard team. They have constantly pretended to listen to the community then do things like release a vulture mount a year after full release and tell us the only way to get it is to have 4 friends new to the game reach level 10... yea tell me how veterans who played since day one have friends left to recommend the game to? It was a highly demanded mount and when it finally came up you had to make 4 damn smurf accounts to fluff the player base numbers. The HotS has shown time and time again that they care about the game, but also don't give a crap about the player base. Not to mention that the new garden of terror rework is getting massive dislikes and we'll still most likely see it get pushed through anyways.

Don't let one of their small teams that probably had people and resources pulled due to poor player numbers set your mind on how blizzard is as a whole.

The problem is #creepyuncleblizzard won't simply tell the cry baby nerds... Use one of the 3 mute options available to you when someone "hurts your feelies". it encourages lmpd1ck 4vr vrgnz who cry like btchs every time they get outplayed.

If #creepyuncleblizzard just said USE THE MUTE FUNCTION NERD LOSERS that would yield the same result from the perspective of these nerds who are tilted cuz feelies.

Oh well. Just shut chat off and do your own thing. it's much harder to be banned that way.
