No more Pugs vs. Premades please!

Can we stop with the queuing in anything besides TL with Pugs vs. Premade teams, Please. It is not balanced it is not fair and it disrupts the fun of the game for the pug team (unless they are the rare sort).

Premade of equal parts against premades only please (ex. 2 man premade? Place them with another 2 man premade. 2 two man teams? Then match them with 2 two man teams. This is not rocket science.) Queue times can not be an excuse for this as many would be happy to wait a bit longer for a balanced non-stacked team of people used to playing with each other.

If you queue as a premade you should expect to wait longer for a team match as you are choosing a custom team and it takes to time to set up a custom match to match your premade team structure. That is the price you pay for a custom team and that is a choice you made and this choice should not affect players who did not queue for a custom team structure set up.
Be aware that pre-made teams are at a disadvantage since the public team will be considerably higher MMR than they are to balance out team work. People report stomping pre-made teams with public teams all the time as a result.

The problem is with skilled pre-made teams, eg Diamond/Master comp. However these are few and far between and the match maker does try to match them off equally within a reasonable time.

personal experience say's otherwise

Not correct anymore. Your post is based on a over one year old quote of Blizzard. In the meantime there where many matchmake patches and queue time improvements made, which didn't get revoked for unranked and QM play.

You can have a MMR advantage but you can also have a disadvantage (happens frequently).

Teamwork beats individual skill. And this diffirence cant be measured using MMR alone.

Teams of 5 usualy already have voice chat, which is a significant advantage to have. It reduces response times to threats, and allows your team to adapt to situations faster. Yes, 5 randoms can by luck also enable voice chat (many wont), it will reduce the gap of skill a little.

But what 5 randoms cant do that a premade of 5 often can is learn the playstyle of each other. And this is what can create a massive increase in skill. If teammates can rely on each others playstyle, they can do things you normaly cant organize.
Teammates build reflexes around each other, they can often predict what the teammate is going to do.

Yep and it ruins the fun of many new players who may come to this game and only solo queue and get wrecked by a 4-5 man stomp squad. Not a great first impression.

A bluepost I saw about this last week said that they really don't care. They mentioned how statistically premades don't win more on average and how it's better this way because it cuts down quetimes. which is pretty much garbage

They have to come up with some bull!@#$ excuse of course

Because they can't just tell the truth that the playerbase for this game is way too tiny to support proper and fair matchmaking. They have to let all kinds of unfair matchups to happen or else everyone would be queueing for 20mins to play a 15min game
There are 2 types of players in HotS:-

-People playing the way devs want you to.
-People to throw under the bus so the "chosen people" enjoy their play experience.

You tell the "lesser" folks that they have a statistically better chance of winning (but never ever show any proof about it.) You will keep them trying their best. Better yet, there is a chance they will start to believe that they are inferior ("I had better odds to win, and I still lost? I must be terrible at this game.")

Once you have broken their backs, they become far easier fodder. They will turn the other cheek and let the "chosen" people stomp all over them.
I never had problems against full premade teams when i queued solo. Also it's quite satisfying to win against them.
