I've got the feeling that, like many regular players do too, Jeff said "Support" but was really thinking "Healer", and so wasn't including Symmetra in that statement.My reason for thinking that's the case is that Symmetra is on the list he posted of characters they are looking into, like you mentioned. It wouldn't make sense for him to say she is impactful and powerful but put her on the list.

I find it strange that so many people ignore the teleporter completely. Are they afraid I put it on a cliff, maybe? I thought of telling people that it is safe to go through it and that it is not in a troll spot, but I thought saying it could sound really suspicious and wouldn't help persuading them to use it.
